It just a home like property made for stay. There are many same name guest house in kolkata, and i got confused during my find in kolkata. But after that one person guided me to this property. Rooms were nicely furnished and a cleaned and managed rooms. Its a value of money if anyone likes guest house stay.

This is not a hotel. Actually a 3 BHK flat is converted in to rooms for rent. Though situated on a reasonably quite location outskirts of Kolkata, its nearer to Airport.
Rooms are clean and tariff of AC room is very reasonable. They even provide complimentary breakfast. Staffs are very good. They can even serve lunch and dinner on chargeable basis with prior intimation.
Drawbacks are
Some rooms dont has attached bathroom. No proper mobile charging point inside the room. Breakfast is limited and actually is not sufficient. Anything extra will be served at extra charges. No wi-fi. Though they claim power back up is there, DG was not switched on during power cut. They will provide only one towel per room.
Overall I liked this hotel. Recommended for a Budget traveler.
