The staff here at the hotel was always very welcoming, kind and friendly. Every need was met with the warm smile. The serving staff in the restaurant was also very wonderful. The kitchen staff also prepared some of the best food I have ever experienced. I think I will miss the amazing food and dining the most. My room was also very accommodating.Sanjib from housekeeping always made sure that my room was refreshed daily and made sure that my daily needs were met. He was very friendly and professional and always asking if I needed anything further. I don't have a single complained about the room or room services that were provided to me. Great job to those involved.

11 of us went to the First Innings restaurant at Stadel for the naboborsho buffet lunch. There was something for everyone, and everybody enjoyed themselves very much. The spread was amazing. Selection was wide-ranging and abundant. The staff ensured that dishes kept getting refilled as soon as they were empty. Clearing of empty plates was equally prompt. Thanks to Titli and Jayanta and their colleagues for a wonderful experience.

I and my colleague wanted to have a coaching and feedback session (2 hours) in a cool place with a proper corner place. We had our laptops. I was approached by Ms Rumpa of Stadel a few times for a while-away time at their bar/restaurant. I thought of her, called her for a booking, and she warmly guided us with great hospitality, cleanliness, professional demeanor and offered us happy hours discounts. She guided us for the right food, which were delicious. The beers were exactly chilled to our feel and we ended with a solid 120 minutes team meeting and feedback. Thanks to the cool environment at Stadel !

I had a great stay at the Hotel. The staffs were prompt in their service. The room was large and well furnished. The ambience was great. However the Restaurant menu should have included more items and the price is a bit high considering the potion served. The staffs really cared. I was given the wake-up call sharply on time. They even packed my breakfast for Airport. Looking forward to check-in again in my future visits to Kolkata.

i , Dr Susmit Naskar have visited 1st innings for buffet dinner with my family. i will point good things 1st and few glitches last. 1. as it is situated inside salt lake stadium there is no problem for parking and valet is also there. 2. 1st innings is quite spacious and they are following Covid norms 3. the service was prompt and they served the starters at the table quite efficiently 4. Mr. ranajit was incharge of our table, he was really courteous and prompt in service ready to oblige. 5. the buffet main course and desserts were value for money no complaints about that. on the flip side we didn’t liked the mocktail that’s all. wish to come again

Visited this place on our colleagues's farewell party. You will hardly find a nice buffet in kolkata at this affordable rate... specially the starters were great & lip smacking.They even arranged for a complimentary chocolate cake which was a lovely gesture from their side. Though the smile quotient was missing on many of the executives face while serving the starters on the table, I must admit that Mr. Goutam (one of the service guys) was very polite and cheerful & stole the show from all of them. His service was exceptional & not to forget Mr. Shibnath who was really helpful and coordinated the arrangements in a very professional way from the start till the end. Excellent stay at The stadel, Kolkata I was not about that we will stay so long, we booked for one day and we have continued our stay for seven days. The food is excellent, the staffs are very courteous and specially the Front desk team in my birthday they arrange surprise pastry for me.
Overall I will miss the entire staff as I was stayed for seven days and I will come back again.

We conducted our child’s one year birthday event at the Stadel. The end to end experience was par excellence. Right from the pre-booking stage till the end of the event Ms. Shreeiana Pradhan (event coordinator) was always available for all support required and managed the entire event seamlessly and efficiently.
The decor, food and service offered by the staff of Mr. Pradip and team was highly professional yet warm making the experience for the guests very comfortable.
Would highly recommend the Stadel as a favoured destination for various events for a seamless and enjoyable experience.
