We are truly delighted and pleased with the level of service and hospitality provided by the staff, chef, and managers of the hotel Maureen. On the 23rd of January evening, we organized our post-wedding reception there. Mr. Biswanath was the key person who helped us in selecting the menu and organizing our dinner party at their banquet hall. A buffet was arranged in the restaurant as we had more than 170 guests including some international guests, and diplomats. Mr. Shyamsundar and Mr. Dipanjan were there to take care of the whole event. We sincerely thank them for organizing such a lovely evening. As a research scholar at IIT Delhi, we can say that Maureen will be our next choice for any get-together or big event.

We booked the banquet of "The Maureen" for the Marriage reception on 15th Dec 2023. It was an amazing experience. The even was well coordinated, beautifully managed and the staff was extremely cordial towards the 250+ guests who attended the function. Apart from the sanitation , hospitality , the food was just the icing on the cake.

Very nice rooms, neat and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food ordered as part of room service was very good and tasty. The chef will listen to you preferences and cook accordingly. Affordable and good pricing.
Overall, this place is a very good stay for a family and it's near to the airport as well. Would love to stay here again during my next visit to Kolkata.

We recently visited The Maureen for a family occasion and we must say that the stay was amazing, the friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home and left no glitch in their service. The stay was nice and perfect for an airport stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Though it’s a bit away from the city, it worked well for my business trip. The convenience of being near the airport made it an ideal choice despite the distance from city attractions.

Yes we do allow local IDs' but it should have government proof with address. It is safe for all guests.

Normally Late checkout is allowed by most of the hotels on a special request extending by 60 --90 mins . If it is more than that, You need to check with the reservation Or front office team on what they have to say. For 24hrs Room service, I think you can check the same with the property
