Stayed in this hotel foe 14 days for a business purpose. The honest feeling I got as I was getting in was "Holly shi*!. I was located in a lousy looking building and taken us to the 4th floor in a dirty crampy lift and even the reception counter was 1/10 of the size I was thinking with barely no space even to keep my luggage. Honestly I was talking to my companion to change the place next day. The manager assured that I will change my opinion once I go to the room, and honestly I did. It was a suit room I booked and it had enough space, nice view and good enough for a 14 day stay. It's not the best in class, but best value for money and best personalized service by honest staff.
It served my purpose very well and had a very pleasant stay.

1. No body receiving my ph call, so that time i was very angry when i was searching the location. 2. Lift was not Working 3. Payment machine not working. that all negative things happening after i reached the room, then positive things started. Room was very clean Bathroom was really very very good, AC really Ok. Nature view also very good, TV Wifi all are very good. Breakfast is really very very good.

When we arrived my husband and I were shown to a room with 2 single beds, that was very far down the hallway. Th wifi did not work down there and as I am working as I travel I really needed the connection. As we paid for a deluxe bed we asked if there was a double bed closer to the wifif available and the staff arranged this for us. They have all been very helpful and pleasant througgout our stay.

Stayed at Treebo for 4 nights. Here is some of the positives:
Location:
The location is very nice, its surrounded by big IT companies like PWC, WEBEL etc. its located on the 5th and 6th floor of a commercial building. Though other floors i.e. 0 to 4 were having different offices.
Ambience / Rooms:
The room size is decent with LCD and big Window. View from the room is just fine as you can see fisherman's ponds. Flooring is wooden. The Furnishings are fine. Washroom was okay (not the best cleaned) and towels are average.
Breakfast:
Though they offer buffet breakfast as complimentary but frankly they hardly got any varieties. The breakfast place is very small where hardly 6-7 people can sit. So if you are planning to have the breakfast during peak hours be ready to stand-up and have it. They will provide you only 1-2 options like white bread with butter / jam. Corn flakes (most of the time milk not available, provided only when requested). Additionally they will sometime gives idlis or poha. But frankly with the kind of price they are taking breakfast is totally absurd.
Room Service:
The room service is very slow, ordered the food couple of times and they took almost 45 mins to an hour for delivery. The quality is bad and quantity is too little but the price is very high keeping in mind quality and quantity. So my suggestion avoid having food in the room. Better try other options available nearby like KFC, Dominos, Bengali Restaurant, Banana leaf - South Indian restaurant.
Staff:
Staff are usually nice and friendly
Negatives:
I already listed issue with room service and breakfast. Another issue is the lift which is very old and shabby. First time it will definitely give you scare. Since this is the only option for you to reach to the hotel you cannot avoid this unless you want to climb stairs for 5 floors. Also the quality of tea packets / tea facility is poor.

Good service, home-like food at the hotel, surrounded by eateries, restaurants, corporates, malls and movie hall. In short, one can experience a satisfied stay here. The bonus is an amazing Salt Lake view that you get from your window. Needless to say about the accessibility. Being situates in one of the poshest places in Kolkata, you can easily find cabs and other modes of transport at almost your doorstep.

Great hotel with polite and humble staff, ready to assist you all the time. Room set up and staff service is great. Provides complimentary wi-fi (at high speed) and breakfast (Avg). There are many shopping destination and pubs in near by location.

The Wifi speed is quite good and unlike the other hotels like Indismart where the internet usage is restricted to 50 mb or so per day, They allow you enough to do your office work well. Personally,when I was staying in Treebo stay, I was able to take remote of a PC in mumbai and complete my activity without any difficulty(was online for 3-4 hrs atleast).
"This review is because the flush not working properly and couldn't provide water for shower in the morning and lame excuses and unprofessional attitude to rectify the same."
