ITC Rajputana in Jaipur offers a luxurious stay with its blend of Rajasthani tradition and modern amenities, receiving accolades for its stylish atmosphere and cleanliness from guests. The service is generally commended for being attentive, though occasional lapses and slow responses have been noted. While the hotel's location is advantageous for exploring Jaipur, some guests find the traffic to be a slight drawback.
Travelers have expressed concerns over the hotel's value, pointing to steep prices for drinks and services. The amenities, including the sumptuous lobby and delectable dining options, are often celebrated, yet some guests feel the rooms can be a mixed bag, with certain rooms praised for their spaciousness and others criticized for being outdated or noisy.

Property: Huge property well connected with the the arterial roads leading into the city, most landmarks are within 5km vicinity Aesthetically vintage looks spread with lunch green cover interspaced with a large swimming pool Generously laced with marble interiors, every part of the hotel reeks of forgotten vintage royalty
Room: Got an upgrade to the Rajputana suite courtesy to the lovely front office member Neha. Room is huge with ample ventilation and a fully functional smart tv ready to connect to all OTT apps. bathroom is marble decked with a grad tub aptly stocked with branded ITC amenities
Food: Almost all meals were at the Jal Mahal - the buffet place of the hotel. Greeted by ever smiling and lovely staff huge place with more than decent seating. Food spread was huge covers all cuisines. Chats , Indian, local Rajasthani cuisine, famous ITC biryani spread and ofcourse Laal Maas …. The list goes on and on. No complaints of the food and very rarely ITC disappoints and it did not as always. Delicious finger licking food aptly rounded off by a round of scrumptious selection desserts
Overall Stay:
Very pleasurable, the experience doubles down on you when you experience the best in class hospitality right from the reception staff to the janitorial helps.. you cannot miss a smile on them day or night..
Nightly recommended for a stay.. 2 day stay really justifies the grandeur and opulence.
Special thanks for delightful hospitality @ Jal Mahal Ratan Chandra Amit

The luxurious and soft bedding provided comfortable night's sleep. The poolside rooms were impressively well-insulated and quiet, even during nearby shows.
The hotel felt safe and secure, with vehicle checks at the gate to enter the premise, and there is plenty of staff and guards around at all times of the day.
The building is a bit of a maze, but its beautiful lobby adds a touch of elegance to the experience. Service was attentive and personalized at breakfast and during the lounge access hours. Special recognition to Vanisha and Taruna at the reception(?). Their professional yet genuinely friendly demeanor, paired with their warm smiles and effort to remember our names and preferences made our stay truly memorable and unique. It felt like we were being welcomed by lifelong friends everytime we returned to the hotel after a long day of exploration.

Excellent staff Mandeep (I probably spelled name wrong🙊) Went above and beyond This hotel has long hallways Ma can not walk that fa, she needs her wheelchair for long distances (we didn’t bring bcuz we did not plan on walking far) the front desk manager / staff went above and beyond to change/find rooms closer & was accommodating w a wheelchair.
The front desk manager / staff and the restaurant staff both breakfast and dinner staff great. the bar staff by the pool were all amazing. The gentleman at the pool bar was our favorite bcuz I have dietary restrictions and he and the chief went above and byond to prepare food for me. Thanks The bell staff/doorman were awesome also, They were very nice to Ma and took care of her needs to get back & forth from & to the room, restaurant/ front door. I’m a bite of a cafe snob the espresso machine at the breakfast buffet taste like espresso/tea not strong and watery but good news for those “real espresso” drinker if u ask for the stronger espresso they bring it from somewhere. Housekeeping staff was on it as well! And the lovely front desk lady who helped my Ma and her Sarees. Thanks U! Very clean hotel just like thier website (bcuz we all know that is sometimes that is not the case) I give them a 5 out of 5 if you can not decide where to stay this is the place! Additionally location is good not to far from all sightseeing.

Not a great experience. Very disappointing. We stayed in room 1130 executive club room. Very small room and the bathroom is too small for two. You cannot pass each other and at the same time brushing teeth’s is impossible. Going to take a shower or using the toilet, means the other person need to leave the bathroom or hold you belly. Very Noisy. Loud, running, screaming guests and children till after midnight at the aisles and outside our room and we got upset by the screaming, loud talking outside our hotel room at night. No concierge or control so other guests can sleep quietly. Breakfast is a hell due to the very bad acoustics and we had breakfast as fast as possible to escape the overwhelming noise.
We are very disappointed and we would not recommend this #1130 room and floor.

I was here for two nights as part of an tour, and enjoyed the time here.
The rooms are very comfortable, quite large (as are the bathrooms), and have a reasonable amount of storage, a very nice seating area with two chairs by the window, and a good workdesk area. I also appreciated the tile flooring, which seems to be much easier to keep clean in India's climate than carpet, at least based on experience at other hotels where the carpet was not clean. Here everything was spotlessly clean, including the flooring.
I ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings, and it was a very nice buffet, good quality except for some of the baked goods. I also had light suppers at their casual restaurant, and they were both very good (spaghetti carbonara for one, Chicken tikka for the other - and for once, in India, the spice in the Chicken tikka was light enough to be delicious even for a western palate).
For me, though, the highlight of the hotel was their large courtyard surrounding the pool. It is very nicely landscaped and has comfortable seating around the pool, with some of the seats being shaded, and it was a great place to spend some time by the pool, reading and relaxing.
My room also happened to overlook the courtyard area - and these would probably be the preferred rooms in the hotel, rather than the ones looking out over the rather noisy streets surrounding the hotel.
The only real negative is that the hotel is quite spread out, and a bit of a maze, so if your room is in certain parts of the hotel, you'll have a long trek to get to it from the lobby.
I can't comment on value, as this was part of a tour. However, if the price was reasonable, I would certainly stay here again.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. You can tell that this hotel is run by a local Indian company (ITC) rather than Marriott directly, therefore a few things don't work as well as they should.
Overall the hotel was great -- it's a real 5-star with very high quality levels by local standards. Service was really top. However, the prices they charge are exorbitant, and they haven't reached international standards that would justify them. For example, their concierge service is generally not useful, as they had average English and didn't know how Google Maps, and provided us with wrong information (they kept insisting that climbing to Nahargarh fort is impossible, when it's in fact only a 25 min walk up). Also the advice they provide in their official brochures is a bit ridiculous (e.g., biking in Jaipur, which anyone who has visited would know is a terrible idea...).
Some examples of hotel services where there is a strong mismatch between quality and price: - We asked if they have a taxi for a 15 minutes drive (which would cost 2 USD on Uber). They said no problem, but just before we accepted, they informed us it would cost 36 USD. Even in the most developed countries a 15 minutes taxi rarely costs that much! - They had a MANDATORY 130 USD dinner per person for New Year. The food was good overall with huge variety of options, but not really special enough to justify such prices, but overall the event was very underwhelming with almost no entertainment, too loud pre-recorded music, and with most guests freezing outside as no blankets were provided

We only stayed for two nights so didn’t really get to explore all that the hotel had to offer but, from what I experienced, I’d say it was generally a good hotel but it’s missing something. The hotel was clean and the staff were all very helpful and approachable, also the foyer was impressive. That said, the restrooms, whilst adequate, were basic in comparison. On a general note, it would appear that none of the ITC hotels we stayed at had electric hand drier in the restrooms which surprised me.
We used two of the restaurants during our stay, the Jaipur Pavilion and the Jal Mahal. The first was absolutely fine but I felt the second was a bit more like a buffet style canteen. Irrespective, the food in both was perfectly ok.
Obviously the hotel has a range of differing quality accommodation but we stayed in a standard room with was slightly dated and in need of a bit of TLC. The said, it was very clean, albeit quite a walk from the main body of the hotel. My real gripe was the shower. I have a real dislike for having to climb into a bath and pull shower curtains round. Apart from it being almost impossible to avoid the first blast of cold water, i find the process trying, especially having mobility issues and being senior in years.
A point worth noting is, “happy hour”operates from 11am to 5pm unlike the other ITC hotels we stayed in (6pm to 8pm). Personally I feel that 11am - 5pm is of little value as most tourists are out and about during this time. That said, I can say that the on duty bar manager was very obliging when i expressed my displeasure at this and he extended the hours to 8pm for “use”. It was appreciated.
Irrespective of some of the negative comments, I would revisit albeit I’d push for walk-in shower, if they gave any.

The hotel gave us such a warm welcome upon arrival. The lobby was breathtakingly beautiful and the grounds and pools area were wonderful and very large . We had wonderful meals - breakfast buffet was fabulous and Peshwari was delicious! We enjoyed nice happy hours daily at Sheesh Mahal, which offered nice hors d'oeuvres and drinks with elegant contemporary decor. We stayed in a lovely suite with a huge balcony. Lovely fruits and sweets were always available and refreshed in our room.
Most importantly, we had incredibly wonderful service at the hotel.! Our butler, Saraj Sharma, was so professional and took excellent care of us. Wherever we were in the hotel, he would show up, always waiting on our table for us and even delivering to us food from the buffet at breakfast daily. He always reserved us a lovely table and stayed nearby in case we needed anything. We also greatly appreciated the attention paid to us by the lovely woman who was the manager for housekeeping. She would come see us at breakfast, checking in with us on our physical comforts (pillows, etc.) in the room . The Head Chef for the breakfast restaurant and the hotel also checked in with us several times to make sure we were taken care of and happy with the food.. Munoj, the concierge, was helpful with making dinner reservations at other restaurants in Jaipur.
Our stay at ITC Rajputana was wonderful. In particular, Suraj, made it very memorable and special. Thank you for providing us with extraordinary service, dining, and lodging! We can't wait to return in the future.

Amazing holiday. Convenient location, beautiful property and even better service. The hospitality was warmth and heart felt. I was fasting for Janmashtami....Chef Inderpal and the team at the restaurant ensured that I was still well fed by specially preparing delicious, fasting food. The housekeeping staff was warm and ensured that we weren't disturbed during their daily services and adjusted the services to suit our convenience. The reservation process through the website had a few hiccups initially because I had some special requests to accommodate but eventually a call was all it took to get things settled. The sliding doors in the bathrooms could do with some servicing and the maintenance staff came in to fix it promptly. Overall, a wonderful experience at the Hotel. My family and I will surely stay with ITC Rajputana again, when we visit Jaipur next.

First off absolute value for money. It’s centrally located not far from the bazaars and touristy stuff, has lovely rooms, great staff and the food is far out. The complimentary drinks and snacks at the bar for two hours in the evening depending on the package you’re on, makes it all the more worthwhile!!!! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.
Compliments to the Chef for the Daal Baati Choorma, it was excellent and a mix of young and old staff gives one the comfort factor and experienced hands counts for something…
