Myself and two small daughters had a memorable stay here April 2019. With off-season rates, this was particularly good value for money although the hotels location is not great.

The check-in staff was extremely helpful and courteous, quickly walking us to our room to do all formalities at check in.

The breakfast was expansive and very good with a helpful and prompt staff serving additional menu items and coffee, etc.

The pool area was fantastic, as was the rooftop club. And our room was beautifully spacious with a gorgeous and large bathroom. The view to the sea was breathtaking from the 31st floor.

I would stay here again.

The Four Seasons Hotel is located in the downtown Worli district of Mumbai and on the rooftop (34th floor) they have a fantastic sky bar with 360 degree panoramic views over downtown Mumbai.
We visited around 5.30pm then watched the sun setting over the Arabian Sea whilst the skyscape twinkled into life over the following three hours, whilst enjoying very reasonably priced cocktails served by attentive staff.
The hotel seems to be top class 5 star and there is a dedicated manned lift straight up to the top of the shop plus a short staircase up to the 34th floor sky bar. This has 360 degree panoramic views over all of downtown Mumbai and a double thick glass surround so you feel 100% safe whilst enjoying un-interrupted views over the city.
There is background music and very comfy seating, many tables right next to the glass walls and others against the inner walls, unless you suffer from chronic vertigo this is ‘must do ‘place to visit.
The drinks are reasonably priced and served by attentive and informative staff, our waiter gave us a guided tour of the sky line and told us a lot about the building and some of the nearby newer higher ones.
The sunset is spectacular and the vistas change constantly as it sets eventually revealing a magical twinkling landscape that really is a bird’s eye view, there were several large ‘eagles’ soaring around us and swooping down to ground level.
There are clean and well maintained toilets and due to the high glass walls the wind is not an issue, overall it was a visit that should not be missed if you are staying in Mumbai.
Top tip, if you have a polarising filter for on camera/phone make sure you use it, that way the reflections through the glass at night will be minimised.

Staying at Four Seasons has always been a great pleasure as what ever I ask for has never been denied to me ever.... I call and ask for a particular room that's always kept for me and where check inn is concerned Its not more than 5 mins before I get to my room with Chef who knows what I love get a snack in 15 mins in my room.... The Staff being very well known most by name r more like Family to me. Nothing like Calling the Manager of AER who makes sure u have a lovely area reserved for friends and over looks the best u can ask for from the 34th floor in Mumbai. The food is awesome and made to tickle ur taste buds that makes you feel like trying different items on the Menu. One must visit to feel how good an experience it is.

Pinch me! I cannot be at such a pathetic property of The Four Seasons. Unkempt, untidy, basic and soooo much room for improvement, it felt like i was staying at a much lower level hotel than the five star treatment i am used to at other four seasons properties aka, The Four Seasons in St. Petersburg, Russia. It might take pages and pages to write down each of the many incidents that were big ooopsss.... starting with the breakfast everyday where it was a mammoth task to make an americano. The first day i got a cappuccino because that is what everyone orders. After several blunders, i got dishwater for a coffee. Day two was similar and day three i gave up. I had staff all over me to please but execution was either zero or bungled. The omelette had egg shells in it, the muffin could be used as a cricket ball and the dosa always missed the mark with at least something forgotten and when reminded, it never came. This evening i ordered a vege pizza that was to be topped with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, peppers and olives. I asked for the olives to be changed with jalapenos. Voila! Once again the lost in translation syndrome- I got a CORN, peppers and jalapeno pizza with no news from the mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. The amenities are basic with the closet doors barely managing to shut (with force). Basic toiletries are given, one of each and one napkin for 2 people in a room. The sink stopper was stuck in one and would not close in the other sink, it was never repaired and nor did i bother complaining. It was all getting too much. Whoever is handling this property needs to be pulled up as this is not becoming of a world class brand. BTW, i still had to pay for the pizza :). Get your brand out of this property before it tarnishes your reputation even further. Fingers crossed for a early morning smooth check out tomorrow.

This is the first time I’ve had to stay in a hotel in my childhood hometown of Mumbai. At first it was a strange feeling but I soon settled in. I arrived at 4am and was pleased to see the reception staff there to check me in, I was a little apprehensive about that because of the unearthly arrival time. The process was quick and I was eager to get to bed. The room was spacious enough for my two huge suitcases and the bellman even got me an extra luggage rack at that time of the night. I knew this was going to be a good stay.
The breakfast buffet in the Prato restaurant was so amazing, delicious and diverse. I was welcomed with a smile by the staff and shown my seat. It was a little cool for me but Abhipsha offered me a shawl which was very thoughtful of her.
The rest of the stay was smooth and Saurabh and Alankar and their staff soon got to know my routine and how I like my masala chai and had shawl waiting for me at my table! I was a little under the weather one day and Alankar recommend a ginger tea with turmeric and honey! This kind of attention to detail I have never experienced!
The location was perfect for me and close to my family and friends. The hotel was buzzing with preparations for a wedding of 800 people! Then there was a culinary event with a lot of bloggers and influencers. I even got to take a selfie with it’s the famous chef Gagan Anand! It was nice to see that this was not only a business hotel and all kinds of events and guests came here.
I also tried the Asian fusion restaurant San Qi, the service and food there too was fabulous.
The entire stay was comfortable, attentive without being too intrusive and I will definitely be back. It felt like I was at home!

We stayed here for 2 days in December. We had inter-connecting rooms on the 29th floor as we were travelling with our kids who are 8 and 11 years old. The hotel was great. Really loved the breakfast and the service. The area is not so great, but you can easily access most parts of Central Mumbai fairly easily.

Told my wifey Let’s do a staycation for the Holi Weekend (Indian Festival of Colors)
what better Hotel chain than The Four Seasons during such testing times of Covid whose tag line reads ‘Lead With Care’

We were warmly welcomed by Ms Shikha Khanna, Neet and Afanfan made sure our checkin was very prompt. Even though the GM Sunil Narang was away he made sure that his team spoilt us and made our stay memorable

We were escorted to our magnificent suite 2206 promptly.

They have an amazing half board package with breakfast & dinner which is
Really value for money as the dinner is a elaborate 5 course meal which can be at the San Qi restaurant or can ordered in the comfort of your room. The variety is amazing from Indian to Chinese to Italian (more in separate review of San Qi with breakfast & dinner)

Choose to do Yoga for which was generously offered a Yoga studio for myself.

They have not overlooked any aspect in providing luxury hospitality to their guests from their super soft bedroom slippers to good quality tooth brushes and dental floss

Four Seasons has entered into a consulting agreement with Johns Hopkins Medicine International, the global division of health care and research leader Johns Hopkins Medicine, to inform Four Seasons health and safety decisions during the evolving COVID-19 pandemic.

We were very comfortable when we read the above press release on the Hotels website. Was impressed with their safely protocols

Would highly recommend the Four Seasons hotel for business trip, couples or family get aways as they truly Lead With Care.

When you look at it logically, there's a reason why classic hotels are considered classic. It's their decades of experience that culminates in your stay being absolutely awesome and that's exactly what you get when you stay at the Four Season Hotels Mumbai. This Hotel is often considered to be among the best hotels in the city and every member of staff there ensures to live up to that name. We had a long stay of 15 days in the hotel & despite the corona pandemic, the hotel staff made sure that we were at ease and had a relaxing and good time.

The hotel rooms are very spacious & clean with beautiful bathtubs and interior. Entire hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Their hospitality is absolutely top notch. Right from the time one enters the hotel premises till the check out, the entire experience is seamless and perfect. All hygiene protocols are thoroughly followed without any compromise.

The entire hotel staff members go out of their way to make you feel warm and comfortable. A special word of thanks to Mr. Saurabh, Mr. Shekar - Restaurant Manager , Priya, Alankar, Imam, Leo, Chetan from the In room dining & cafe, Tanvi from Housekeeping, Siddhesh from Sales for making us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Special thanks to Chef Mr Abhishek for the wonderful ‘Mouth smacking food’.

The breakfast and dinner are so yummy , you cannot ask for anything better than this at such a reasonable rate. The aura of this property left us spellbound, exceptional in all the possible aspects, extremely courteous staff made our stay very memorable. Kudos to the entire team, We will surely visit again.

Our Experience was simply " MAGICAL"

One of my finest stays in India.

The Four Seasons is the epitome of luxury, comfort and great service. From the moment you arrive, to the moment you check out, the team are on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

I indulged in the room service often (due to business and work calls), and the food was first class, my thanks to the chef and his team (do try the chicken risotto, lamb rogan josh, and freshly squeezed orange juice). Also wonderful is the inclusive breakfast served at the San:Qi restaurant next door (eggs Benedict and fresh fruit platter great options).

The concierge team, led by the steadfast Chief Fagun Singh helped deliver small supermarket orders straight to my hotel room - a lifesaver in times of need.
The hotel itself is very close to many amenities, including the luxury Palladium Mall, and the Peninsula business park where my office is located.

The room was amply stocked with hygiene products, iron/board, international plug adaptors, digit lock safe, a host of English speaking TV channels, minibar, cafetière, and much more - cleaned twice daily by the super friendly housekeeping team.

Luxury at an affordable price, with the focus, attention and warmth of wonderful staff who greet you every step you take. Can't recommend highly enough.

From the moment you step out of your cab you enjoy friendly attentive service from every member of staff. Although this is clearly predominantly a business hotel it caters well for tourists like us with a wonderful spa, pool and rooftop bar. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The restaurants serve delicious fresh food, presented by excellent chefs. With the single exception that it’s in the business sector of the city and away from the tourist areas which can take a considerable time to get to, it’s a perfect place to stay.
