First to start with ambience - truly elegant Have lots of selfie and picture taking backdrops. 4⭐️
Second to food - starters and soups are have good choices, moving to main course - Murg Dum Briyani is Must 5⭐️, roasted chicken is also best for calorie conscious. Desserts has plenty of choice where we liked rose kheer.
Third to Service - staff is very polite and helpful they know how to handle guests Specially Juei, Rakesh. 4⭐️

The Hilton team is top notch as to be expected. All staff did everything to make the stay pleasant. The lobby and other areas are majestically styled in white colonial decor. There is a special interior garden on the 3rd floor where some go for photos. I was allowed early checkin and stayed in the executive floor where there is the business club with early evening cocktails and a beautiful breakfast in the morning. Overall, all the amenities of a 5 star available including a large outdoor landscaped pool area. Sounds like some construction/remodeling noise in daytime hours. Also, I didn’t get the Internet to work well. Recommend taking hotel airport taxi as they said 300 rupees, and the airport service in the airport charged me 600 rupees. I’m a Hilton Honors member which really treats their members special.

On arrival in the evening, we checked in and were assured that our online request for no feather pillows had been actioned. On inspection of our room , bearing in mind I am an acute asthmatic we found four feather pillows. The phone was not connected so my partner had to go to reception to inform them . We then found we were given one towel ,one bathrobe and one pair of slippers. Imagine our surprise after solving these issues we were about to retire, when we the found the bed had not been made up to include a sheet. Finally on checking out we found that we were about to be overcharged £230 approximately. I would advise anybody wishing to stay near Mumbai International Airport to consider another hotel.

We recently visited this delightful place located in Chakala . It has an amazing ambience with spacious seating area and aesthetic decorations. It’s one of the best place for Dinner dates and family gatherings. Unlimited buffet experience is must. Hygiene practices being followed well too Unlimited refills of mocktails such as Blue shoe and berry mint was there. Mocktails were soothing refreshing yet chilling cold just loved it. Salad section had russian chicken salad, mediterranean fish salad. The Starters were amazing freshly made with great presentation perfectly cooked together with mild spices so yummy it was.There were various mains dish at the counter. Assorted breads were served hot too. Must appreciate the perfectly done preparation of the food dishes such as fish curry and chicken gravy looked beautiful. The Staff was really great and helpful.Mr Paras, Mr Krishna, Mr. Sudarshan, Mr. Krishna were very helpful. Thanks for your lovely assistance. Hilton has always been our choice for buffet. The ambiance, the service, the vibes and the selection of the dishes, something which has always surprised us.
Recently visited during Lunch buffet.
Maintaining all the norms of sanitisation and hygiene protocol, totally safe place to dine.
The service was amazing. Attended by Abhishek, Tejas , Akash , Aditya. From Mocktail till the dessert, the staff ensured that we have a good time.
Coming to ambiance, one side you have a sunny poolside view and on the other the gala ambiance with beautifully painted ceiling.
Live section of one.of the most delicious paneer tikka and pizza flavored samosa.
The salad section had a.mix.of Indian and Continental . Loved the pasta salad.
For the mains, we had Flat noodles and Chilli soya veggie gravy. Flat noodles were perfectly wok tossed, beautiful soya punch to the perfect balance. Pesto zucchini , was good.
From Indian, the classic palak paneer and Makhanwala, Dal tadka and Sultana Pulav. Beautiful creamy and tanginess in the Makhanwala and Palak paneer had right amount of spice. Served along Fresh kulcha and naans as per your requirement. Just a perfect lunch for us.
In the dessert, A beautiful spread of Tarts, Cakes and was amazed to Moong Dal Halwa.
A beautiful end to most delicious lunch.
Kudos to Chef Brijesh for making such a fantastic buffet.
Really looking forward to visit again.

I was returning from UK when there was mandatory quarantine required, at 4 am when a few hotels dint provide a room, guys at hilton helped me with a room and a simple checkin process, If I recollect the name correctly it was Gauri at the frontdesk who helped me through the process.
The service provided during the entire 14 days was nice, whether it be early morning breakfast & temperature check or the lunch & dinner later in the day, everything was perfect and on time.
I would really like to thank everyone who was working during this difficult period. Staying away from your families to help others is not easy.
