The Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport garners praise for its array of amenities, including a rooftop pool and diverse dining options, and its strategic location near the airport, as highlighted by numerous guests. While the comfortable and aesthetically pleasing ambiance is a hit, some visitors have pointed out noise disturbances from the street.
The hotel's service and clean, spacious rooms receive positive remarks, though experiences with staff inconsistency and room maintenance issues have been noted. Overall, many travelers consider it to offer good value.

Detailed Reviews
My staycation at the Radisson blue near the Mumbai international airport was absolutely marvellous.
The staff there are very warm and welcoming and definitely adhere to all safety and sanitation rules without any exception.
The Hotel itself, although placed in the buzzing part of Andheri, makes you feel as though you have left the city. The lobby that overlooks a beautifully done garden gives you the feel of a nice tropical holiday and the fact that the check in process was quick and seamless is definitely a plus point.
If at all there is a bit of a delay at the check in, The hotel has a nice quaint little coffee shop named 'Roasters' where you can sit back with tasty cuppa and take in the decor of the place! (be sure to look up and take in the beauty of the chandilier formed by glass birds)
The rooms are pristine and the sanitation is on point. I did manage to stay in one of the suits the hotek has to offer and I was nowhere close to disappointed. The beauty of the rooms here is that its not the regular hotel room where there also is a desk and a chair for the workaholic but instead the fact that they have chosen to not add it brings out the fact that you are infact on a nice holiday and gives you the "please fling your shoes off, kick back and allow us to pamper you" feel in itd entirety!
For the foodies.....The Hotels restaurant "Fiona" is definitely one to try. I generally have a bad experience with roast chicken but "Fiona" delivered on the promise of this dish 10/10. The pizza is not too bready, the pastas are not too suacy, the paneer soft and light, the breakfast is a cornucopia of delights, be sure to ask for the special! (it generally is a decadent waffle/pancake with chocolate and ice cream)...i can go on!
"Fiona" also has a nice garden seating area (yes the same garden i referred to earlier) and I do recommend choosing to have your meal there if you get a spot.
The garden also serves as a nice peaceful walk path at any time lf the day and one end of which there is a large Gazebo where, if you are a large group of friends and family, can have a nice time amongst yourselves (if you choose to).
The only drawback I have, and this is a hard one for me, is that the roof top pool hasnt been done yet. I did manage to catch a glimpse of the pool area and all i have to say is "Aer and Asilo, you have very stiff competition!"
All in all DO NOT miss this place as a choice for your staycation. You will not be disappointed

We had availed the Staycation package at Radisson Blu Hotel to organize our son’s B’day party in the first week of Jan.. The property has been newly opened up and appeared spick and span right from the entrance lobby to the well sanitized and spacious rooms.. We had made some recommendations in the buffet menu and the Chef was kind enough to accommodate most of our preferences. All our guests were pleased with the wide buffet spread and the hospitality offered was indeed splendid. And the best experience was when the Guest Experience Exec Khushboo co ordinated with the house keeping staff to loacate my son’s favorite toy that he had left behind in the linen. Truly amazing experience at Radisson Blu! Hope the Guest Experience remains consistent in the years to come!

Me and my wife had stayed in this hotel as we had a function in the evening within the vicinity. The hotel looks to be pretty new, well maintained, and modern designed hotel. The room that we have stayed in was pretty good, very modern and has a minimalist design.
We were very excited to try the pool for the first time in Mumbai since the pandemic which is located at the rooftop. It had a good view of the Mumbai and can see the airport nearby. It was a good way to relax except for those lady guests who had kept their wet clothes in few of the chairs to dry it. In my honest opinion, those lady guests would have been been more considerate, not the hotel’s fault though.
We have also tried the SPA Rejuve by Unora Spa. The front officer Sneha was very professional and friendly. We would also like give thanks to the masseuses, Monica and Aliya for their good service. We wouldn’t mind coming back again for a relaxation.
One thing though that could have been a better experience is the variety of non-veg food at the restaurant for the breakfast. We can understand that the hotel guest preferences would be more towards as a business hotel and would be considering the majority of the guest for vegetarian. One plus points is of course the people and staffs who are working hard at the restaurant who are Lawrence and Yogendra. They and the staffs have been really friendly and giving a good service. I’m not sure what is the business model for this particular hotel but having more package option for bed and breakfast for Radisson Members would be nice such as members rate with breakfast and dinner. There is not much of good and decent restaurant within the location so it would be good from the hotel point of view to offer half-board or full-board.
Overall, it was a really good experience and we wouldn’t mind in visiting this hotel again in the future. Thank you to Sayali, the Relationship Manager in taking time to talk to us about our stay. We are excited to see the 2nd restaurant to be opened and hopefully we would have a better experience. Good work!

We checked in almost at 12 midnight and were booked through our office. It was strange we were asked for an advance to be paid in spite of being a corporate booking, that too like some 125% of the room rate. Nevertheless, it would not have been an issue, if I was not made to wait at that time, because the credit card machine was not working. After about 15-20 minutes, I was let off without an advance being taken.
The rooms were pretty good, new as well and were well kept. However, when I stepped in, it was so hot, somewhere in the '30s and it took about an hour for it to come down to some 25 degrees, which kept me awake past 1 am...
During the entire night, the strange music (a good one though), kept me awake. I was not sure what part of SOP was the music at the Hotel entrance.
Food was good, service was a bit delayed, maybe because we were the only ones and someone had to send out for the commi and the chef to come over.
Small issues you may feel, however, goes a long way for me to choose a property again.

As part of the broadcast crew working on the AFC Women's Asian Cup 2022 India, we were provided rooms for 10 days on specific floors to reduce our interaction with other guests. This was mainly to avoid infection, as we were in the city in the middle of a Covid Omicron wave.
The hotel has a nice little garden with a pond with small fountains in the front and a nice open garden area in the back where they hosted some wedding receptions and other events. The rooms are spacious with a king sized double bed, a large flat screen tv, a corner sofa and a round table with a chair. The toilet shower area was well lit and well designed. The hot water was available all the time and flowed with hardly any delay reducing the wastage of water. A separate lift was demarcated for us and the hotel provided a special dining space for our crew on the first floor.
The Breakfast buffet provided for us had an interesting mix of Indian and Continental dishes, and a live station making Dosas, Parathas and various egg preparations. I would like to thank Chef Manbar and Ajay for the good food and Ajit and Tanaji for their great service. Chef Manbar specially took care to prepare fresh hot tasty parathas remembering my specific request that I made on the first day to use less oil.
The housekeeping department that kept my room clean were very thorough in changing all the towels, clearing the bins, and providing fresh bottles of mineral water, laundry slips and bags. I never had to make a call to request for anything. The housekeeping team including Shakeel, Anil and Shiv kumar were very efficient and would politely greet me when they met me in the corridor and enquire if it was a convenient time to clean my room during our off days when we didn't leave the hotel for work.
There was some upgradation construction work going on in the higher floors of the hotel, which didn't disturb me, but there was a huge Truss outside my window and a temporary construction man and material lift would make its noisy way up and down during the day. I would have appreciated if the front desk had mentioned it when I checked in and if they had left a print out in my room mentioning a lift was operating directly in front of my window, so as to warn an unsuspecting guest in case they wished to draw the curtains during the day to maintain their privacy while staying in the room.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. While overall my experience was satisfactory, I must bring to your attention a few areas that require improvement.
Firstly, I appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping staff in maintaining clean and tidy rooms. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the F&B staff during dinner, particularly Mayur and his colleague, who made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. The rainfall shower in my room had excellent water pressure, enhancing my bathing experience, and the spa staff, including Clinton and his colleague, were courteous and accommodating. Clinton even went the extra mile by opening the door for me and offering a bottle of water when he saw me carrying my sleeping child.
However, I regret to inform you that I encountered some negative experiences during my stay. Firstly, I received inaccurate pricing for the rooms booked through the Radisson website. Although I was quoted INR 15,912 for two rooms, I was charged INR 16,128 and advised that the website or app's price does not include accurate taxes. Secondly, during breakfast, my family of five could not sit together, even though we had sat together on a joint table during dinner the previous night. The F&B attendant informed me that we could either sit separately or on tables meant for two people. After arguing with the attendant, we were finally seated together. Lastly, when I requested spare keys from the room, I was informed that the key machine was not working. Despite the front desk staff promising to send the keys to the room, they never arrived, and during checkout, I was asked to return the spare keys that were never delivered. Additionally, I would suggest that the reception staff could benefit from being more welcoming and smiling when greeting guests.
Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but these negative experiences left me feeling disappointed. I must, therefore, rate my experience with three stars due to the above issues. I hope that you will take note of my feedback and take corrective measures to ensure an improved experience for your future guests.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Ok in few words I will just describe my stay in the room and it's service.. The room is very spacious good amount if space to walk around and even do in house exercise if you don't will to go anywhere outside. The interior are of lighter shades and pastel colours and hence must appreciate the choice of the room designer. The surroundings outside is not very fascinating but the experience staying inside and overlooking the outside busy street is so pleasing since having a very large glass windows Bathroom is also big and neatly covered with simple light frame designs..Hence overall the inside accommodation is like meditating..
The staff is young and still learning but they are very polite and do their job well. I called the house keeping Mr. Amir to my cabin and how neatly he did all the cleaning aspect as well as sanitizing the whole place speaks of his training and professionalism since I travel a lot.
Hence I appreciate and will recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice room at their disposal for a calm mind stay..
I couldn't explore much of the premises outside but I have feeling that if u can look after on the inside nothing would actually go wrong on the outside.. Also I need to appreciate the security lady who is kept at the entrance and all by herself manages to lift the guests luggage and welcome with her polite smile..
Good luck..
Why 4 star is because I would love to have more colours and great ambience at the entrance lobby which I felt a little dull..

The hotel is built with perfect Radisson vibe in it.. The interior is classy... Buffet breakfast served is loaded with lots of options... I would also like to make a special mention for Chef ANAS and Chef DHAGWAN who were at the live counter. The made one of the best 🍓 pancakes i ever tasted at Radisson. Cheers to all the staff at Radisson.

The reception staff are very kind and courteous..this is not so with the dining area staff, cant complain but you dont get the same treatment there..As for room service, on many occasions ..while i tried to get in room food, was told "why dont you go down for buffet", this is rather rude and very unprofessional...if i wanted buffet ,why would i call in room dining..
I stayed in room num 420, to my dismay i found a lot of lady hair in the room on the carpet, in the toilet and the suitcase resting bench..cleanliness is indeed poor if one can make out what sort of guest had occupied the room earlier..
housekeeping would be definitely 3 on 10...
food served in the in room is of low quality, meaning the salad plate is always soggy and had softy feeling cucumber and slippery feeling tomato and onion slices..you would be sick if you ate that..try asking for yellow dhal thadka..see the size of the portion and then decide if it normal/below standard/or poor.....
guys please buckle up and improve your selves..having a warm welcoming staff and then having cold treatment and sub standard cleaning is NOT GOOD..
