Stayed at the Mirage while on vacation in Mumbai! Varghese at the front desk was beyond helpful with his recommendations on what to do and what was nearby in the area. The staff was also very prompt with delivering necessary amenities to us and ensured that the room was clean multiple times throughout the day. The food at the cafe in the lobby was also delightful! I highly recommend this place for a stay in Mumbai.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel for 5 days. The staff, food and service are all found good. The restuarant is operational in a good manner and you are allowed to get food from outside as well. Overall, our stay was comfortable in and pleasant.

I stayed at the Mirage for just one night only but found the hotel to be quite comfortable and pleasant. Everyone from the front desk team to the room service, kitchen and the inhouse restaurant personnel was extremely courteous, polite and helpful. The dinner also was exceptionally delicious tjough the in room TV service needs to be improved a bit by way of access to more channels. Also there should be a nonslip footmat beside the bathtub to minimize the chances of someone slipping while stepping out of the bathtub. Overall an excellent experience at the Mirage hotel. Hotel has good ambience and good service. Rooms are large, bathrooms are big, staff are friendly. People who want to travel in T2 of mumbai airport only 10 min. drive from hotel.
Dinner and evening time is crowded because of conference in hotel, but restaurant provides tables outside near the cafe for dining.
Hotel amenites are provided like soap ,shower gel and lotion in the bathroom and hair dryer.

Great Experience. Must appreciate the whole staff of The Mirage Hotel Mumbai. Amazing Hospitality delivered by the whole staff of the hotel. Breakfast was tasty, hygienic, good quality that too a personalized service provided by the FNB staff. Check in & check out process was quite smooth & quick. Really appreciate all the staff of housekeeping, Front desk and even FnB service team for ensuring our stay is comfortable & happy. Also Mr. Vargese who was quite courteous & was actually concerned how the overall stay was really appreciate it.
Looking forward to visit soon. Services were actually like 5 star hotel. Amazing Hospitality, Courteous staff & beautiful room with simple yet great ambience room. Quiet spacious.

I am sure that Mirage hotel is one of the best hotels with reasonable price, convenient location, and luxurious room offered.
My friend and I landed in early morning in Mumbai airport on 28 October 2022 and we both reached hotel facility at 8.30 am. The senior front desk staff, Mr. Varghese, assisted us for an early check-in so that we could keep our luggages and personal belongings safely. So, the room was ready for us by 9.00 am. Many thanks with our respect to this amazing guy.
The same day in the evening, when we were about to go out for dinner, we met Mr. Sameer, the duty manager in the evening shift. We had a talk and told him what we would like to see in Mumbai. He then recommended his friend for a Mumbai tour, Mr. Khan. We really enjoyed that evening trip in South Mumbai. We ate the local food in a famous restaurant and we visited Gateway of India for night time view and photos. Very big thanks to Mr. Sameer and Mr. Khan the driver, for a very well hospitality and support during our stay in Mumbai.
Finally, a very grateful and million thanks to the housekeeping team for making our room clean at a hygienic standard, and security team for supporting us in bringing our rental car whenever we requested.
We would like to thank you again to all the related team for a very hard work and supportive hospitality from you guys.
We will definitely come back to Mirage hotel for our next visit.
Thank you for making our 48-hour trip in Mumbai an enjoyable and remarkable one.

Our stay at The Mirage was fantastic! Everything from the front desk staff to the room was commendable. The staff was friendly and very helpful, we had the pleasure of meeting being served by Heera at the restaurant, Harjot and the day staff at the front desk, Ravindra, and Rakesh who took us on a great tour of the city! The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff upgraded our room and it was such a pleasant surprise. The breakfast every morning was delicious and they served different dishes everyday. Even the lunch and dinner menus are good, with fair pricing. Our 5 day stay at The Mirage was excellent!
