Hotel just quaint and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Budva. Picture perfect. Staff and the owner (Branco) are THE nicest I've met. If you're thinking of running a hotel or even a CEO of one come here and see how it's done...to perfection. Branco should give lectures on how to manage staff and run a hotel successfully. Staff have always a welcoming smile and nothing is too much bother. They are happy in their work. Rooms are compact with everything in them. Balconies are sheltered from the beating sun. Beautiful garden where you can stay during the day with a lovely waterfall feature and the breakfast honestly is the best I've ever had in a hotel. Place is quite, just 5-10 minutes walk from beach and it's surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The bus station is only 5 minutes walk. There is an outdoor canopied seating area beside the road that serves ice cream, burgers, pizza, pancakes etc. Great for adults and the kids. We were very happy to choose this Amazing Hotel. Our room was very clean (including bathroom) and comfortable with nice balcony. There was a round table and chairs for having a rest. Hotel owner and all the staff were very helpful and presented nice attitude to their guests. On the day of arriving We ordered Pizza and mushroom soup in the restaurant of the Hotel. We were greeted with Welcome Drink which was very polite attitude by their side. :) We also enjoyed our breakfasts whichs prices were included in the room rate. Thank You Hotel Oliva!

The hotels decor is a little dated but very clean. We had a room with a large bed and sofa, there is also a handy mini bar and a safe which was free of charge, the air con was good too. Although we had a street view room it was very quiet when the windows were shut. It has a lovely Olive Garden were you eat. We stayed half board and found it good value for money. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach a bit longer to the old town. The owner Branko was very obliging, a very nice man

We stayed for a week in September 2018 and had a great time there. The hotel was very clean and although the room was a little small the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a large choice of food and taken in the garden under olive and fruit trees. The staff were polite and accommodating especially the manager Branko. We will stay again.

Lovely little hotel in Budva with superb staff and owner. Took care of us and helped us out with earlier breakfast when we had booked tours and gave us a chance to take a shower after we had been diving but all ready had checked out. Very helpful! Yes, you can't deny that the rooms and interior + exterior are a bit old but it's highly functional. Breakfast is seriously good with lots of fresh fruit, cold and warm alternatives! Super!
