This camp is very nice and staff is friendly. Boom a bubble tent if available, the view over the surrounding mountains is something you won't get somewhere else. Bubble tent was well equipped with all needed amenities and sufficiently clean, considering you are in the desert we were very satisfied by the service. We also did a Jeep ride at sunset which was very nice, landscape is unique. Dinner was very good but drinks are not included so bring your own water or make sure you have dinars to spend (no cards accepted). Breakfast as well was rich and good.

I'm very dissappointed with the property. The price was high but service and quality didn't meet any expectation. We understood the fact that the tourism in the area is now affected resulting in less guests. The worst disappointment was the continuous "lies" about the service availability. At first we arrived, during check-in the staff informed that there will be dinner live cooking show at the bonfire(Bedouin’s way of cooking), we are quite excited but when we showed up, it’s a different story. We were told that there is no show because there is less guests. The staff then said for dinner, we can choose between lamp and chicken for dinner which they will cook for us. We chose lamb, however they served us all with chicken rice and gave us the excuse again that because there was no show, there is no lamb. Why even bother to give us option initially? When we commented, the staff also bribed us by trying to give complimentary shisha and free drink for us not to make any bad online comments. Also, the room was dirty and the conditions of the dome was not picturesque as you imagined. It’s run-down. There are dirt and hair on the bed. The water in the bathroom's sink was leaking on the floor. It should not be like this with this price. All in all, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property.

I booked the place considering it would be a four star experience . it was jut average. They offer you an upgrade to bubble camp. Please don't be fooled with it. The next door camp has their door light shining on your face all night and you will not be able to have a good night sleep in bubble camp. The standard rooms are very average. The toilet water heater looked like it would fall any minute and the mirror cupboard with the sink. The toilet shower head had no force of water at all and I ended up washing my hair in the sink. The water would need a soild 10 minutes to heat up maybe more since you have to switch on the water heater. The food was nothing great considering that I live in a middle Eastern country. BEWARE no drinking water bottle is provided in your room and at dinner or breakfast either. You have to purchase your bottle for 1JD. The camels also look so malnourished. You may get out of camp at 6:30pm yourself and view the sunrise

what a place to visit. the view is stunning, and you can do a sunrise or a sunset car tour. i will not call it a jeep tour as it was an old truck and stopped twice during the tour. sadly, i overheard the staff talking about upgrading my tent to a bubble with paying extra 50JD and if I said that is too much they could offer it for 40JD. please note, they switch the aircon off from 10:00 to 14:00 and it is almost impossible to stay in the tent when the sun is up. dont repeat my mistake by turning up early as i had to stay at the restaurant for 4 hours

Aladdin Camp was a very nice place to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped me work around my lack of cell signal at their location to ensure all the activities I had booked went off without a hitch. My tent was clean and comfortable and the food was quite good. Only minor issue was they did shut down the generator from 10am-2pm which I hadn't accounted for on my day of (early) arrival - I'd thought to do some photo editing in my tent, but without AC it wasn't a wise choice. I did figure out a few good places to relax in the shade and read, though.

NOT GO HERE. This is the most important advice. We booked the camel ride for the sunrise and they told us to meet at 5am. A 18 y.o. person who didnt speak a single English word (the "guide") arrived at 5.45am with a few camels which were not enough for all the people waiting. 7 people didnt have a camel. One of the people waiting could speak Arabic language and said the "guide" suggested to the people without a camel to keep waiting for 45 minutes to see if more camels were coming - without any guarantees. No more camel showed up. Most of the people who had a camel had to refuse to continue as the camels started fighting each other out of control and the situation was really dangerous (rodeo style). Some people even got injures in legs and arms. The camp owner did not refund us and simply offered us to TRY again next morning.... UNACCEPTABLE

They have a bad coordination with the trip agency; they don’t know anything about customer experience and customer needs, the food was not good, and they only care how to save money while they charge higher than other camp. Their management’s answer to any complaints that this is the situation, and we don’t do this or that. If you don’t fight, you don’t get what you want, and don’t count on that every time! However, the staff are helpful and very friendly

Location is good,, clean .. but when i had shower , the water escaped out of shower area into the bathroom floor( floading!!).. and bad smell filled the room over night. The dinner unfortunately was disasterous!!!! I can call it dinner of apetizers like salads because they calim it is a boufet ,, but actually they tell you to choose out of the main dish ( which is the Zarb i. e meat cooked under the goround) either lamb meat or chicken,, you cant have both!! I felt my self like a beggar!! The guard( the chief) gave me very small piece of meat and gave my daughter 1/8 piece of a chicken( only a drum stick!!) Furthermore,, the photos on their advertisement's appeat luxurious which is not the reality particularly regarding the bubbles decoration and the outdoor furnitures and seatings! Breakfast was acceptable

Accommodations were fine, but played really loud music into the night. Not the place to go if you want to enjoy stars in peace. Food is fine. Staff are nice. Transportation communication is spotty at best. Need to call before you get there.
