One block from the crater promenade. Terrific breakfast, great, friendly service.
Rooms 513 and 514 have delightful balconies and building 5 is the most modern with an elevator, so no dragging suitcases up stairs !
The roof in building 5 is a delight with a great view !

It is not my first time at this hotel and I think that relatively it is the best for the money.
Nice room, clean, big bed, no table.
The breakfast is reasonable. The location is very good close to restaurants , center and the view on the crater

I stayed here as Tour Guide a few months ago and was happy with the service. Decided to go away as a family and say this is a very child friendly hotel. Organized in a professional way for Corona, but relaxed! Swimming of up to 10 people observed, and if it was busy you could book a time for later.
The staff from Check in to the cleaners are all pleasant. The restaurant was also very well organized!
Would certainly recommend!

+1
We were not impressed with the accommodation here. We stayed in the family suite.
The main bedroom in the family suite was tiny. We couldn’t use the cupboard at the same time as walking around the bed. The cupboard was also wobbly and the desk doors were broken, the bathroom was even tinier with nowhere to put our stuff. The mirror was to chest height only. There was nowhere at all to put wet clothes. No pegs for jackets. A set of 4 little hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and that’s it. The bathroom cabinet was broken and screwed shut. The toilet was tiny too. There was only one socket next to the bed for the light, so if you wanted to charge your phone, you couldn’t use the bedside light. Every time we wanted to use the pool (during their advertised hours) it was closed. A different excuse each time.
The rooms were clean at least.

1. The sign says “we strictly observe ‘purple passport’ “. That COVID 19 purple passport should include wearing masks. No-one wears mask, no-one cares.
2. Zero accessibility. You must carry your luggage through endless steps either at reception or to/from rooms

We reserved a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrive to the room the bed for the kids was not set. We were asked to open the sofa bed by ourselves and set it up. After we weren't able to open the sofa bed in our room we were asked to check if the sofa bed in another room is okay. In the new room the sofa door was okay, but one of the legs of the night stand fell and the door of a small closet also fell. Besides that, the bathtub was either rust or with mold on the corners and the maintenance level of the room was far less than expected when paying above 1000 NIS a night.

We didn't get even one minute of rest. Our room, like half the rooms in the place, is above small football field which meant shouting and screaming of children under our window all weekend long. (the other half is facing a parking lot) Need to mention that the hotel has 3 floors and no elevators, so if you get a 3rd floor room like us it means going up and down the stairs all the time. Also, nothing luxuries about it even we paid 800 NIS per night – everything is cheap, dirty and unorganized. Slow and unprofessional service (had to wait an hour and call twice when our TV wasn't working, for example). Not even a water bottle in the room. Bed in a small bunk. Just go elsewhere.

reasonable room but overpriced for what you pay.
water flow in the shower was very weak.
very basic breakfast.
didn't clean the room until even tough we specifically asked for it. when the cleaning lady eventually came, she hardly clean the room and left us with towels from the pool that are less efficient for showers.
good location next to the crater and the promenade.

This is not a hotel
Let's start with that, this is a hostel.
And for a hostel that charges around 700 ILS per night, it is ok.
But..
This is published as a hotel...
Charges for 2200 per night...
The room is not clean, the toilet is awful
Lots of rust and many old hairs of other people.
The mattress is old and cheap from the kind you buy in 500 ils on Bnei Brak..
The TVs are old and not all the rooms are with air conditioners...
We got to the room at 18:00 and in my room, the balcony door did not close.
The safe is not sealed into the wall.
The pool is very very small and not clean without any lifeguards...
Even when we got the rooms there was no towels.
Good stuff:
Air conditioner worked
There was hot water
There was a microwave in the room.
The breakfast was worth than on my army service, but no decent coffee.
It seems they are out of staff and we sat with no room to move..

Nice place to stay in Mizpe Ramon locates next to the creator so you can go and have a spectacular lookout. Very clean rooms and toilets. Breakfast is decent. Staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend for someone who wants a good value for money and don’t want overpriced accommodation.

Without car I would definitely avoid this hotel.
Have no idea, sorry. Better contact the hotel directly :-)
