The moment you walk into the large sitting area you feel at home. Everything is colorful yet totally relaxing and inviting. We were 17 people, ages 3-76, and we were all very comfortable. The rooms all have a touch of an item or photo that elevates them from hotel decor to "my room at the inn." Good coffee in the public area, and delicious breakfast, again, with that touch of color that is the hallmark of the place. Even the breakfast on Saturday, which in many Israeli hotels is pretty dismal because of the Sabbath laws, was delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly, and we're planning to come back next year

The Ibex is in the arty former industrial estate of Mitzpe Ramon. As long as you realise it is not in town and that there are few options for eating on Shabbat it is a comfortable and quiet choice. The owners are attentive without being at all intrusive. Breakfast is generous and beautifully presented, with home made apple and cinnamon jam that our daughter loved. The rooms are split level. The beds are upstairs and there is a kitchen and small lounge downstairs. So there’s a lot of room. Plus a table outside each room. The stairs up and down the rooms are metal so neighbours can make noise but the team is aware of that and plan to resolve it. Overall, a bit different but still clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 kids at this small B&B in the spice quarter of Mitzpeh Ramon. The building has a bit of an industrial loft/studio vibe with artists and travel businesses. Our room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and a/c with a small kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and hot water kettle. Breakfast was a huge spread of food served at our table with shakshuka, omelet, breads, yogurt, granola, Israeli salad, side dishes and more. The owner and other employees wore masks the entire time and everything was extremely clean. I particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the garden and seeing the beautiful desert plants all around. Wonderful visit!

Ibex is an outstanding hotel. Each room is spacious and comfortable. Our party had 2 rooms, one inside with its own lounge, and adjoining a large lounge area shared with one other room. Our other room was a a garden suite (a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen). This room also had a private patio. The serve a generous delicious Israeli breakfast. The hotel manager gave us excellent advise about the best site seeing in the area, which really enriched our trip.

First of all, Chen and Dana- thank you so much for your hospitality! We booked a last moment family retreat for 19 people, and our stay at ibax exceeded all of our expectation! This is the perfect place to relax with your family, we ordered catering dinner and it was delicious, everyone had something to eat and we had plenty of food left for next day. The space is lage enough to fit 20 people comfortably. Chen even installed a small pool for us which was perfect! The kids had a blast. Everything was clean and comfortable, the family rooms were spacioius for parents+2, and could fit more. We will definitely get back there next time we visit in Israel.

The hospitality was excellent, kind attitude and warm service. The rooms are wonderful, tastefully decorated, quiet and calm. Delicious breakfast, everything is boutique. Highly recommended. It's worth a stop at Mitzpe Ramon on the way to Eilat. We were at the Ilan Ramon Visitor Center, walked along the Albert Promenade and ate at the Sarg restaurant On and off Wigan Express. Everything was excellent.

If you are family with kids, stay away from this place. In fact its best to stay away in general. The place is not hotel but simply a hostel. Overpriced for what is has to offer. The worse part is the rude hospitality given by Aviva the host. She talked down to us. She was rude and unpleasant. She made us and the kids feel unwelcome. This was a special time with my brother family as we Came from NY and she did everything possible to kick us out of there. Stay away!!!

Small facility with several double and family rooms. Located in the industrial area, it offers home cooked meals, guidance on bicycle paths and hiking in the makhtesh, as well as bike rentals. Great place to stay on a budget.

Whether you are by yourself for an overnight getaway, or with your spouse for a kids overdose rehab or just a friends trip to refresh the day-to-day ambiance…iBike is your cure.
We just came back from a long weekend at iBike which was as usual (5th time) - an inspiring experience. The combination of the amazing desert views with Aviva and Menachem’s magic touch is simply perfect. Aviva and Menachem are the ideal hosts: friendly, knowledgeable, willing, generous and most important they really care. We stayed at the suites which were perfecto but from previous visits I recall the regular rooms to be GREAT as well, nothing fancy but elegant clean, functional, well maintained and…always with Aviva’s designer’s touch. Value for money was way beyond any expectations. Can’t wait for my next visit!!

Simple but clean and comfortable accommodation - good breakfast and advice on places / routes from the hosts. The immediate surrounds of the hotel Are being improved but still in need of a lot of work. We enjoyed our stay and used iBike as our base to explore the Beautiful desert in the region.
