We usually stayed at 4* hotels but chose this particular 3* hotel because all rooms have seaview and the new ownership had done a lot to improve it. We were very happy with our choice and our stay. It was a nice surprise since the price was very reasonable for a nice beach front hotel. The premises is very clean inside out, and has an inviting entrance. The staff was very nice and helpful. We booked one of the 6 beautiful waterfront rooms with a spectacular view of the beach. The room is large and has high ceiling, therefore the air conditioner was not able to cool it. All the dishes served at the breakfast buffet was excellent. We also tried room service and all dishes were authentically good. The beach is amazing! White sand, firm and flat surface, and very long. We walked for two hours. Excellent and inexpensive fresh seafood on the beach side, on the left side of the hotel on the beach. We recommend this excellent budget hotel to all and will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.…

We stayed at the hotel for couple of days to prolong our diving safari vacation on dry land and it was a great surprise to come to such a nice hotel. Most of the rooms are so spacious and the sea view rooms are the best! The rooms are clean and airconditioned. Wifi everywhere. Go to breakfast early to get better selection ;)

clean, helpfull staff. lovely sea view. on the main road which is good for walking to restaurants and bars. nice quiet hotel but the food is best left alone as there are so many better places to eat. over the road is loads of seafod stalls which cook the food right in front of you

We stayed in early March at this hotel. We did have a beautiful view of the ocean from our room, but that is the only good thing about it. The room was not very clean and the tub had a huge crack in it, which made it unusable. The staff spoke very little English and when the front desk had to be called @ 2 am because of a party going on in the room above us, they had no idea what we were calling about. The breakfast was minimal with the buffet only being served on Saturday and Sunday. Overall a great location but would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights and thought it was good value for the money. Yes needs a little refreshing bit room was clean, beds comfortable, and everything worked fine. Good wifi, international TV stations and great view to the ocean. Most rooms have ocean views and the staff was nice. Paid 400000 vnd for a double.

Checked in and thought what on earth did we just book? First impression wasn't good. Staff weren't friendly at all, and we were about to discover why. Place was dirty and run down. Pool looked like it the homeless of Vietnam bathed in it. It hasn't been cleaned in months. We finally got to our room and it wreaked of ammonia or whatever they used to clean it with. It didn't get better. The aircon was on the blink throughout the building and we could hear other guests in the corridor arguing with staff about the issue. We also voiced our displeasure but the staff remained indifferent. After 10 minutes the staff member was tired of hearing us whinge and told us that the business was up for sale and that's why nothing was getting fixed. We didn't need to hear anymore. We packed our stuff, got half our money back and went elsewhere. Even half a star for this place would be excessive.…

its was very short a day trip with family. Only took for a 6hrs at 400K VND. Good sea view and nice facility close by to sea beach and near by Indian Restaurant. I find it on Trip Advisor same as pictures posted on it. Not much feedback about hotel and food as not much stayed at hotel

The hotel is under 3 star standard. However, its location is good, in front of the beach, just need to cross Thuy Van road. Breakfast is not buffet ( may be it was weekdays so there are less people) but it is nice. Staff is helpful. The only thing I dont like is the lift, too slow and sometimes stuck :(

THis is a great motel for the rating, loactaed on the back beach, right on the water front. What a fantastic sight to wake up to in the moring, looking out the window onto the ocean. My room was on the second floor, and the view was from the side of the building, but still great.I did find the noise from the AC compressors a little anoying, but not to bad. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy but ok. the staff in the restuarant I feel need a little more english skills. Point and show always works :) overall, a good place to stay, however no restuarant in the motel was available at the time of my stay for dinner. There are some great kitchens on the srip to choose for eating meals. All the fancy places to eat are on the front beach or on the way over there, not a big deal but worth considering if you like to eat out and varied foods.…
