To put it simply, our recent stay at the Vibe Resort Munnar gives us the confidence to recommend this hotel to anyone looking to make their time truly unforgettable. After a night’s stay here, we came away with a deep-seated appreciation for the immaculate guest experience. Waking up to the serene hills is one of the many highlights of the Vibe resort experience. Rooms are tastefully appointed and well-maintained with plush, comfortable beds, large wardrobes, and luxurious bathroom and modern amenities. The suite with Jacuzzi was the highlight. Kids enjoyed splashing in the rooftop pool. This brand new property adheres all the safety and hygiene protocols as per the international standards. Under the supervision and expertise of Chef Benoj, there is vast variety of cuisines available which are more than sufficient to satiate the most voracious appetites. The restaurant truly offers unbelievably amazing food and unpretentious service at a reasonable cost. My family enjoyed the good buffet spread during the breakfast. The delectable food was accompanied by the thoughtful and dedicated service. In this light, it must be mentioned that the passionate and dedicated team of staff are the greatest asset of this property. The hotel features large, spacious rooms. Our family was quite pleased to have rooms that were joined to one another by doors on either side that could be opened from one side. The staff is really helpful. After checking out, I forgot my suitcase in my room, but the waiter came running with it. It was amazing. Overall, I had a great experience. just need to focus on the food at the buffet. I believe that the food is cold and that something needs to be done to keep it hot until every guest has finished their breakfast or dinner. Very tasty and hot à la carte cuisine.
Another thing I would suggest is that you arrange entertainment for the hotel's visitors, such as games or cultural events for the evening. I also recommend creating a dedicated space for dancing, movies, massages, spa treatments, indoor gaming, and a functional gym.
There were yoga lessons as well, but there were only two people there. I wish they could send out communications for these kinds of programs, or for any kind of class, 24 hours in advance.
In addition, I would want to mention that guests can utilize the helicopter service, which is a terrific way to get some experience. However, it is very expensive—roughly INR 4,500 per person, minimum six persons, or INR 27,000—and I would be happy to see it become less expensive. Alternatively, ask whether visitors would want to take a helicopter flight so that we can split the costs and keep it affordable.
I would also like to add one more thing, hotels should switch to liquid hand wash instead of tiny soap in the bathrooms. It's time for improvements to be made.

Pool area is just amazing to spend your evenings while you enjoy your drinks with splendid bakery views.

This property has opened recently (I was told Oct 2021) and is really crisp, clean and shiny. Rooms are pretty large, v clean and beautifully done. View from room balcony is mesmerizing. Toilets are super clean and modern. We booked two large bedrooms which made it very nice for the whole family giving a feeling of staying together. WiFi is in rooms is v bad and patchy, works well only at reception. TV has v limited free channels. Some construction outside the resort still going on but there is no noise or other inconvenience due to that.
Most of the activities like Spa, Gym etc have not started yet but for the time being you can use facilities from Fog Resort which is also their resort and just opposite Vibe resort. They have Billiards, chess, carrom and some books & magazines. Terrace of the property has a scenic pool, lounge chairs, a bar (not functional yet I guess) and beautiful fantastic unblocked views.
Breakfast is included in package and the spread is nice with good mix of Western and Indian choices.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Their service is excellent, if I could give 7 stars to their staff I will give. Special mention for Siju (Restaurant), Sijo (activity manager) and Nimisha (Front desk).

Vibe Munnar is a whole experience on the next level.
Even though booking Vibe was blind choice since all other bookings were full during Christmas and New year, in retrospect that was great choice. The New party and food festival with over 100 dishes. To top it off the fireworks at midnight!
Location: Its located in a place that that is indescribable in words, you have to be there witness it yourself, the pristine view all around the hotel is an experience unto itself when you arrive. Ettacity is the name and you find this on Anachal to Rajakkad route after Adimaly. 5/5
Hotel: The structure, the ambience and amenities are just pure class! A wonderfully captivating lobby and dinning restaurant to beautiful spacious rooms with scintillating view. And to top it of a pool like no other that feels like the top of the world. 5/5
Food: The food is top quality and the myriad of options really bring smile and confusion at the same time. Almost anything you ask they will make it for even if something is not on their general menu. 4.5/5

Staff: To all the staff at Vibe Munnar, you will always have my gratitude. Even though some issues arose they were quick to rectify it and make us feel at home. For some one who has travelled and lived a quater of my life in hotels this was by far the best hotel staff experience. From the Mr.Sijo assuming he was the check-in manager and house keeping manager, name I can't recall, the restaurant staff Mr. Ananthu just to recall a few, but all of them from valet, room service, pool boy etc. 5/5

11 of us, including kids, traveled to Munnar and stayed at the Vibe resort, and we had a fantastic time. Firstly the hotel is newly built so rooms were spacious and amenities were good, surrounding views were beautiful. Front desk staff were accommodating and friendly, and manager, Nikhil, checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. Food at the restaurant on the property was delicious, including buffet breakfast and a la carte for lunch and dinner. Finally, house keeping staff were attentive and made sure rooms were turned around before our return from local sightseeing activities.
I would definitely stay at the Vibe on my next trip!

We had stayed at Vibe Munnar for two nights in December. Everyone at the hotel took great care of us, this place is great value for money considering the location and the view. Food was very good both Kerala and north Indian. Do want to give a special shout out to Mrs. Nimisha (Guest Relations Manager), Mr. Tony (HR Manager ) and Mr. Sijo kept the service levels high even when it was not fully staffed and meet all the guests' needs with a wholehearted smile. They helped us with the trek and took great pictures which turned out to be the best on our trip. If you are looking for value for money, good food, great view and staff who treat you like valued guest don’t have to look elsewhere. We had stayed at vibe Munnar for two nights in December. From the booking till the checkout service was top notch. Everyone at the hotel took great care of us, this place is great value for money considering the location and the view. Food was very good both Kerala and north Indian, Like I had noted everyone was great and apologies that I don’t recall all the names, do want to give a special shout out to Nimisha and ebin they kept the service levels high even when it was not fully staffed and meet all the guests needs with a smile. Vibe is a beautiful hotel located in picturesque surroundings with beautiful ambience. From the time we get out of our vehicle the hospitality and service was exceptional. All the staff be it front office, restaurant, housekeeping are well groomed with pleasant disposition and always coming forward to attend to our needs. The rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained and with all amenities. The linen is very clean and of good quality. All the rooms have balconies with beautiful view. One thing that stuck is that what ever they used is of high quality including the linen, toiletries, cutlery and crockery. The food is good but not exceptional. But we ordered murg tikka for one of our dinners and it is one of the best in recent times. The chicken is very succulent and the mix of spices was perfect. The hotel is being managed by someone with passion and it can be seen everywhere. We had a good three day stay in this beautiful hotel and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.
