For the second time we had the pleasure of spending our holiday in this hotel. Ultimately, we booked another hotel, but after spending the night there in quite uncomfortable conditions, we decided to leave the hotel in favor of Faranna Heights Resort. We contacted the restaurant manager, Mr. Adel, who immediately helped us book a room. We were very nicely welcomed and taken care of from the first minutes of our stay at this hotel. The hotel has several swimming pools of various sizes and a slide. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very tasty, varied, served hot and cold. Mr. Adel, Mustafa and his employees took care not only of tasty meals but also of a very friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. In addition to excellent food, you could taste various kinds alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, competent, nice and smiling waiters (special thanks to Pol.) There is a beach not far from the hotel, a bus leaves to the beach every few minutes. There is a show every evening: fire shows, dancing, etc. Dance lovers can enjoy evening discos. An additional advantage were the animators who ensured attractions for both adults and children. I consider the trip to be a very successful one, thank you for your help in reserving the rooms and for the nice and warm welcome every day.

We are relaxing in this hotel from 28.01 to 08.02! We were pleasantly surprised by the service, interior, location, cuisine! real 4 stars!
cleanest sea, stunning reefs within walking distance, many pools, some heated, great animation! always interesting dishes from the chef, drinks in several bars by each pool and on the sea!
upon check-in we were offered a room for free with extra beds (two adults and two children)
We were pleased with the evening entertainment, today there was a spectacular fire show, it was amazing!
We recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely come back again!

Lovley hotel with a rustic vibe, we wanted to go for a hotel with autenthic vibe rather than streamlined luxury. And we got exactly that, but with a service from the staff that exceeded every expectation.
Minor details that hinders the last star was the limited selection of drinks, no heated pools ( I'm sure this is not an issue in the summer time but in december it sure was) the wifi ( that you have to pay a minor fee for) has a really bad connection in some places so be sure to check that with the receptionist when getting your room.
The food was great as a picky eater there was never a day where I did not have an option that left me satisfied. But what really made our stay here worth every penny is again, the staff. Especially the kitchen/dining staff, Yousef in the shopping arcade and of course the boys at the beach.

Super good service. Very good peaceful hotel and environment. If people want a peaceful vacation, the Faraana Heights Resort is just right for them. The area was very nice, big and spacious. The real attraction was the design of the hotel. The pool area is made of very interesting stones that I have never seen before. I would visit this hotel again :)

WE visited your beautiful hotel in February of this year. Wonderful place, wonderful beach, kind, helpful staff. I ate too much twice in the restaurant, everything was so delicious. The hotel is very excellent, psychologically comfortable, and very calm. My friends and I are very happy with the hotel. The food is very solid. Every day the desserts change. They have wonderful.
