Late arrival, good check-in, supper kept for us. Fabulous room, large balcony faced the beach. Nice toiletries, soft towels. Pool towels available. We were half board, the food is good, but I prefer hot plates and hotter food, restaurant staff nice, but not overly friendly, but efficient. The whole hotel is spotless. Pool lovely, beach just outside. Centrally located in a beautiful resort. The season was coming to an end by end of September, so I would recommend mid May until mid September. An absolutely great hotel which I can recommend.

Hotel's Favourite
We are for the second time in this hotel, and we will come back only here. The hotel has a perfect location, near the beach and the sea, the shops, bars and restaurants. It is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Book the rooms with sea view and pool view, the beautiful blue will give you a good mood. Comfortable bed and armchairs, new TV, good quality towels and cosmetics. The room was cleaned everyday. I love the breakfast even in COVID 19 situation. Someone served us all the time. They were cleaning and disinfecting all the time. I was felling so safe in this hotel. At the reception, they are not touching your ID Card, when you leave you put the key card in a box. Music great at the pool, very friendly stuff at the pool bar. Car parking available, safe and monitorized. Thank you, Hotel Park!

I was staying here with my wife and our kid for a week in July. The location, cleanliness, food and the overall quality of the rooms were good but on the other hand it was very expensive. We arrived early but everyone was helping us to get a room as soon as possible. The attitude of the staff, especially at the reception was very unfriendly. We were not getting any help with our luggage, they handed over the keys for the room and were pointing towards the elevator... During our whole stay we were constantly feeling a negative discrimination mainly because we had only a standard room and we were not arriving with a fancy car. They offered a parking spot only on the street which was not free claiming their spots are full but in reality these were reserved for the guests staying in more expensive rooms. Before our arrival I was contacting the hotel several times regarding the parking possibilities because I red a lot of complaints about this. They confirmed that there will be no problem with parking. In reality there was only about 20 spots available for the 130 rooms. I noticed several times that the hotel was reserving the spots for the guests arriving with expensive cars. When I was complaining about this I was told that they don't have a reservation system because it would be unfair with the guests. So they were obviously lying to me.I was told that they have an another parking lot available in about 5 minute drive which requires approx a half an hour walk back to the hotel. (if we were lucky and there was a free spot) I would strongly suggest to the Hotel that during main season they should notify their guest about the parking possibilities which is not fully handled currently because it was very annoying for us that we were being sent to a parking lot far away from the hotel after a 9 hour drive with a kid. Basically the parking in general is a nightmare in general during the main season. Another problem that the staff was not treating kids appropriately. Basically they were completely ignoring us a lot of times. I would recommend this hotel only for the ones who are willing to pay extra for a suite or at least for a room with a view and they have attractive cars. For sure we will never stay here again mainly because of the attitude of the staff and the parking problems.

We stayed here for 14 days. The staff are fantastic in all departments. The reception are very helpful and amiable, restaurant people are very good and the bedroom was immaculate as were all areas. The selection of hot and cold food at breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 6 nights and our stay was almost perfect from very beginning till the very end. Helpful stuff on the reception and during the breakfast, you can see they enjoy and love their job. Spacious and clean room. From our room number 520 we had a perfect view both on the sea and on the mountains. I have counted the steps from the sea shore not the beach but exactly from the sea shore it is 65 steps to the hotel doors! Location is absolutely perfect! Freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. Good breakfast. There is 1 thing I would love to mention and hope someone from the management would check and consider. Pool area and sun beds- it would be nice to make it more obvious for all guests that it is not ok to reserve your sunbed and leave it reserved for hours without being their, not fair in regards to other quests at all. Sun beds on the beach are not for free, 50 kn per one, but I really recommend to use them. We enjoyed beach sun beds more than ones for free at the pool area.
