Very welcoming hotel, extremely well maintained, the room is impeccable, all the lights work, a stocked minibar, perfect air conditioning, USB sockets on both sides of the bed, real blackout curtains… the room is completely dark even during the day. Courtesy light when moving around the room, beacon LED lights up and prevents falls, especially for the elderly. Large bathroom, perfect DECA shower, no clogging, large volume of water, perfect temperature, light inside the shower. Perfect breakfast, several hot dishes, fresh fruit and various cereals… some gluten and lactose free items. All, without exception, all the staff were very polite and absolutely willing to help, but a special mention should be made to the maids, who were affectionate, caring and very kind.

Beautiful hotel and nicely located. easy access to GRU airport. We stayed at the cinema room and it was outstanding. Spacious, modern, and clean, this smart room uses Alexa commands to open the curtains, to control the TV, AC, and projector screen for movies. The balcony was huge with an egg swing chair which my daughter really enjoyed. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and we can't wait to come back!

We stayed at the hotel on two different dates, the first of which we were looking for a hotel to relax and use the pool on a very hot day. When we arrived at the hotel, the restaurant was promoting an event to collect kits for a race and at the reception there was a line with hundreds of people that stretched through the hotel corridors, including the pool area. As we were unable to use the hotel's common areas, they offered us a second stay as a courtesy and we stayed at the hotel again recently.
On both stays we stayed in premium rooms that are modern, have good beds and showers and are relatively spacious. The cleanliness of the room and the Alexa features that start a tutorial every time the door is opened left something to be desired.
The hotel's swimming pool is in a very spacious area and is great for sunbathing and relaxing on hot days, but it is not heated. The restaurant has reasonable food but lacks service, there is pressure to always pay the bill on site and not at check-out. Room service, also provided by the restaurant, is not only time consuming but also requires a fee of 10 reais to deliver anything, be it a glass or a dish, which does not match the hotel's rating. We also had a problem with the parking lot, which wanted to charge two daily rates for 24 and a half hours of use, which would make the rate applied to guests more expensive than the general rate charged per hour.
In general, it is a hotel with good infrastructure but with very poor service that is not in line with the daily rate.

+1
A complete Hotel, from reception to service and special items (flavored water in the lobby). Considered the highest hotel in the east zone of SP. Full breakfast, spacious room and cool view of the city. I used the gym and it was very satisfactory with new equipment and facing the pool. They serve dinner until 10pm and in the room it is 24 hours a day. Complete hotel. I highly recommend the stay. In front there is a very top shopping mall.

So, my flight into Sao Paulo was very early in the morning. I probably got to the hotel around 8 or 8:30 AM. Now I knew ahead of time that they would not let me checkin early unless they happened to have a clean room available. So I asked the shorter girl with lighter skin if they might have a room ready. She speaks English, and says one is not available right now, but I can check back closer to 11 or 12 and see if anything has changed.
So thankfully, they let me place my suitcase in the closet in the mean time. But, when I ask about breakfast, I'm told that I have to pay for it, even though I'm a registered guest at the hotel! What is this??? I even told them I would not be around at breakfast time the next morning, as my flight out was around midnight. So I'm provided with free breakfast as part of my reservation, but now you're telling me I'll have to pay for the only opportunity I have to eat it?
So 11 o'clock comes around, and after having fallen asleep on the couch in the lobby, I approached the front desk again probably around 11:15. I ask the same girl, now that a few hours have gone by, if there are any rooms available? Again, I have no knowledge of when the other guests are checking out, or how busy housekeeping is that morning. And this girl retorts back "I already told you before, your room will not be ready until 2 PM!" Which, is exactly not what she told me before. She told me to check back closer to 11 or 12.
Of course, I can't fight with this rude woman. So I go back to the couch to doze off again. I wake up closer to noon. Now I see another woman at the front desk. This one is taller with darker skin, but unfortunately I did not get the name of either girl. So I'm thinking to myself "there must have been a shift change around 12 PM." It certainly won't hurt for me to ask this new girl is a room is available, and I find out she speaks English too. So I approach, she checks her system and says "Oh yes sir, we have a room ready now, and I'll get you right in." Oddly enough, just half an hour earlier I was rudely told the exact opposite.
The property itself is fine, though the rooms are a little small and it's a bit pricey per night. But whoever that first girl was that I dealt with, really needs a reprimand on how to behave properly...

I stayed in the room with a balcony, wonderful, I've never slept so well, super soft mattress and pillow, impeccable decoration and cleanliness. The only problem is that they don't have cutlery to lend, I brought food from the street and when asking for cutlery I was charged an absurd R$10.00! It's unbelievable that an expensive hotel like this doesn't have cutlery to be used in the room. Another thing I didn't like, they only gave me soap because I asked for it, they don't leave it available in the hotel room. Other than that, an incredible location 10 steps from Shopping Tatuapé, which even has a grocery store inside, as well as cinemas and a theater.

New, clean and good hotel. Breakfast within category standards. Service leaves a lot to be desired, unpleasant and rude staff seems to be the hotel's standard. I only recommend it if you are passing through the city and need a comfortable bed to sleep, otherwise there are much better options in the neighborhood.

The structure is great, the bed comfortable, well located and great breakfast with a variety of breads, colds and fruits, Nespresso coffee machine with coffee beans, cappuccino, etc.
Negative points:
TOOL - The towel does not fit the place, are well worn
PARKING - Failed information from both the hotel staff (who sent me several messages before about an upgrade of the room, offers to extend check out and none to information about the parking, at the door their employee guided wrong, finally, I was not correctly informed about the use and ended up having to pay off the stay (for the stay was planned a daily of 35,00), I ended up paying the double pq I had to leave during the stay.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and it has a very good location in front of a restaurant and a mall as well as many commercial establishments and proximity to the airport. The hotel staff is very friendly, I want to highlight Wellington's attention as he always gave me clear and precise information about the laundry, breakfast, swimming pool schedules, etc., he helped me with my luggage and was very attentive to all the special requests I had. . Thank you all very much for your attention, especially to Wellington:) for his kind attention and concern. Very happy and grateful, super good experience!
