Amazing experience at this German themed Hotel. Service is top notch and the rooms are spacious, elegant and comfy.The highlight of our stay was the afternoon tea and breakfast they serve daily(included in the rate), and the restaurant food is among the best in the city. A pleasant and short walk away from Gramado's main street. This Hotel is a must

We have been to Rita Hoppner before for it's famous German cuisine restaurant, but this time we have spent 5 days in their Hotels during our visit to Gramado. All we can say is that everything was perfect! The rooms are good enough for a family with 2 kids including a 1 year old, the breakfast and afternoon teas were also all perfect, all the staffs were well trained and very polite. Feels like being in Europe indeed. There were also recreation for small childrens where my son spent lots of time playing with other kids. From this time on, this Hotel will always be our first choice in Gramado.

This was an excellent experience. Location is fine, staff so kind and attentive, good food, excellent accommodations and structure. Everything very beautiful. Wonderful climate. Minimundo is just a few steps away. I highly recommend.
