Stayed 3 nights recently and was a very good experience. Rooms are lovely with 4 poster beds. Breakfast very good. Only minor issues were wifi was intermittent and we also had a very young and noisy family above us which interrupted our sleep on a couple of nights. Overall a great place to stay and very helpful staff.

Good morning dear Thank you for staying with us !! We know that daily my branch, we need to get the qualification, and excellence in well receive. We noticed that in almost all the questions of our services we were very well evaluated by the lord, and that we really do not want to wish on wi-fi, but we inform you that it has been solved. A very enjoyable stay. Very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast plentiful with many options. Tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets at reception a nice touch. Close to a supermarket. Closer to Canela than Gramado but as a result that bit quieter.
