We stayed 5 nights and loved the place. The building is new and modern. Our room (312) had side views that faced lovely trees, local houses and we could hear the birds every morning. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and served with a smile. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Wi-fi is great. Cable TV had channels in both English and Portuguese. Location is particularly good, safe (like anywhere in Gramado) and very convenient for everything we wanted to do. We simply couldn’t ask for more, we recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

It was a true pleasure to stay at this hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The extensive breakfast buffet with many homemade delicacies was excellent. The hotel is quietly situated on the edge of the village, but within walking distance of the center. For those who prefer not to walk, the hotel has free bicycles available. And the staff is so incredibly attentive: they do everything to make your stay comfortable. When I left, the manager even gave me a free lift to the bus station. I was really impressed by the high service level and would have loved to stay longer. I can totally recommend this hotel: you will get excellent value for money here.

Cozy, warm welcoming, awesome cleaning... This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed! Definitely recommend!!! I almost forgot: the breakfast is wonderful! Fresh juices, cakes, south Brazilian typical cousine... very nice!!! Only a remark: the hotel is 10 minutes-walking distance from downtown. You should consider it in high season, when the traffic and parking in city center is a nightmare! But the distance is OK, if you think that you need some walking after an awesome dinner :)
