My family stayed here for the week before Christmas 2019. The hotel is well sited for all the seasonal activities Gramado does throughout the year. My two boys fell in love with the reception staff and would always be eager to talk to them, the staff likewise were very welcoming to the boys. The hotel is very clean throughout. Breakfast was superb. They have a gym and games room too, very enjoyable. When the hotel manager found out, passport, that we were intending to leave the day before my birthday, he invited us to remain another couple of days. We did so. Can I leave a criticism? Not really. We would stay there again in a flash.

Excellent hotel with superb service and ideal location. All staff are very attentive and very helpful. Accessible to many restaurants, shopping, and walking distance to many sites of interest. The breakfast is extensive and delicious.

amazing breakfast. Really kind and friendly staff. Well located hotel, only few steps till the city centre and most important hotspots. Worth it. Quite cozy place for couples. Excelente café da manhã. Equipe muito atenciosa e amigável, apenas a poucos passos do centro. Vale muito a pena.

Definitely the best place to be in Gramado. It's right in the middle of the city, very close to the covered street. The Breakfast is the best part, it looks like you're home. Everyone there is willing to help you if you need, the crew is always smiling and happy to see you there. The rooms are comfy and ideal for a good night's sleep. Loved to spend Christmas there.
