It was amazing to spend time in Gramado and stay in Villa Bella Spa Hotel. The hotel has a lot of facilities and we loved the accommodation we were in. The hotel is cozy. The view is wonderful. The breakfast is amazing and delicious. There is a guy called Marcelo (Marcelo careca) he was great. Gave us the best reception we could have. So kind and helpful. We loved it and we hardly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is amazing. Since when we have arrived until we have left, everything was perfect. Staff is very friendly, in the front desk, housekeeping and in the restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. Many different breads, jams, juices and "Cuca" and "Cueca Virada" two very traditional foods from the south. Rooms are very good. Try to stay in a room in odd area, they have a wonderful view to the mountains

Our stay in Villa Bella Hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and sweet, the hotel is warm and very clean. The view is absolutely wonderful and the amenities are very relaxing. Nothing bad to say about it, would certainly recommend it.

Excellent option to travel to Gramado with children. The hotel offers all the infrastructure necessary to have great days and enjoy the city even if the weather does not help. There are warm pool, game room, playground with monitoring, good restaurant, baby and mom space if you want to cook you own meal, free wifi at the room

The hotel itself is great. The rooms are simple and average size. The view is phenomenal. Each floor has a seating area very quiet, great for a glass of wine and just relax with the greenest view ever. Staff is great and ready to help. We certainly go back
