Everytime we stay here the feeling is the same. Always a warm welcome and pristine service. The rooms are impeccable and our kid was welcomed with a mini size slipper and robe: priceless. Our favorite place is the bar, where the Bistro da Varanda also works. This time we were very well served by Willian and Djonatan, who showed a lot of knowledge of cocktail, bar, service and also awesome advices of local restaurants. The bar has it all in terms of classic cocktails, local wines and craft beer. Best place to stay in Gramado. We almost feel bad for not wanting to go out of the hotel, since it has all it needs. But if you are willing to know the city center, is just a few steps walking distance of Rua Coberta and its crowdy streets.

Excellent! Roons with wonderful beds, it was summer, the days were hot, but at nite it was chilly and nice, perfect timing for a get away with girlfriend. We were tired, had had a buzy week, so was nice to relax for a couple of days...the service was excelemt, staff always willing to be helpful and please! Breakfast...weel, see for yourself, just wonderful!

Gramado is a quite nice and special city. The hotel is old but very well kept. Its location is excellent, near to many of the city attractions. It is close to very good bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment places.

Cama muito dura. Parece que estava deitado no chão. Muito caro para o que oferece. Boa localização... Very hard bed. Seems like lying on the floor. Too expensive for what ir offers. Very good location.

Beautiful hotel featuring the mountain theme throughout. It is conveniently located on the main avenue, placing you a short walk away from the main restaurants and entertainment options. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the fireplace at the bar is AMAZING!
