We went on a family trip and the choice of accommodation was without a doubt the best we could have made, from the location to the hotel option. Leme is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that inspires security and has an infrastructure of bars and restaurants that serve perfectly with quality, being a record for "Boteco do Belmonte". As for the hotel, its location is on the seafront, with a wonderful view of Leme beach and the entire Copacabana coastline. Hotel recently renovated with great taste, with a great restaurant, rooftop pool bar with drinks and snacks options, excellent breakfast. We stayed from 12/25 to 29/2023 in room 714, a spacious room with a double king bed and a single bed, a large bathroom and a 10 rating shower. But, the most important thing comes now, the service: From booking on -line to in-person service at the hotel, everything was perfect. I would like to record with praise the management work of the Hotel Manager and congratulate his entire team of employees. Without exception, from the welcome upon arrival, from those who kindly greeted us at the taxi door, to the security education, the welcome at reception, the exquisite service from waiters and the entire support team. We were delighted and will definitely be back soon, to explore other tours around Rio, enjoy the beach, but with the decision already made on where to stay: Windsor Leme. Congratulations to the entire team and remain firm in this continuous process of improvement!! May 2024 be a great 2024 for everyone with the same excellence you provided us.

We stayed on 09/05/23 to celebrate 19 years of marriage, we were welcomed by an extremely kind, helpful, polite and welcoming team, highlighting the receptionist Willian, super attentive, everyone from the security guards, waiter, cleaning team, in short a very committed team. Windsor Leme gave us an “upgrade” of accommodation, we paid standard and were accommodated in a superior room with an incredible view of the beach and Christ, in addition to the treat we found in the room when we returned from the pool, which by the way is fantastic, heated, which was a big difference since it was cold and cloudy. I highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly return soon for New Year's Eve. Thank you Windsor Leme team, you made our day more than perfect.

It is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and it really surprised me for the better.
I had been in 2019 where they had renovated part of the rooms and now that I returned everything was 100% restored.
The lobby is really beautiful, all decorated in marble and with staff who clearly have been doing their job exceptionally for years.
The most outstanding part of the hotel is its terrace, with its blessed views of the sea, the Mureta de Leme, and the entire Copabacana coast.
The housekeeping service in the rooms worked well every day, and the breakfast is varied and of excellent quality and presentation.
I would return to this hotel on my next visit to the city.

Good location although across the road from Leme Beach with a fabulous view from the rooftop pool and bar area. 10 min walk to Copacabana beach which is a continuation of Leme beach. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options but £16 was expensive if you only wanted a small breakfast. Room was great size and cleaned everyday. The breakfast was a bit expensive and my 3 friends all stayed in different hotels, 1 was another Windsor hotel. We were all allowed access to each others hotels accompanied by the friend who was checked in to that particular hotel. But my hotel would not allow my friends in, even accompanied by myself.

Very good hotel, excellent cleanliness, renovated. Large and comfortable room. Kind staff. Acoustic windows that seal out street noise. Breakfast is paid separately, but it is excellent, only quality items. The only complaint is that the cappuccino is also paid separately. I think that for the amount paid for breakfast it could be included. The only defect in the room was the spring mattress, it was already a bit old and sagging, we weren't that comfortable. Very nice pool.

This is our first time in Brazil and we have had a wonderful 10nights at the Windsor Leme. The rooms are huge with a fantastic shower pressure and lovely fluffy towels. We were on floor 14 and it was so quiet. Beds are comfortable and lovely pillows too. We were on a B&B and the breakfast has a fantastic selection, there is something for everyone. The infinity pool on floor 19 is a small area but you could always get a sunbed. Here you can have drinks and meals that are open until 11pm. Also room service. The staff are amazing and you feel you are well looked after and felt safe at all times. They cannot do enough for you. There is security at the front doors and they are often operating the lifts for you on the ground floor. The hotel is well located and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and pharmacies close by and we felt safe walking everywhere throughout the day. The beach is just across the road but does get extremely busy. The tour we did through the hotel to Christ Redeemer/ Selaron steps and Sugar Loaf Mountain was reasonably priced and well worth the money. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was ok. The bed was large and comfy and very clean. I didn't like the vinyl wood look floors. The cable TV was good and offered programming in multiple languages. The shower was large and the water pressure was great. Not bad for the price of US $115/night. I had a 'city view' room which overlooks the favelas (Brazilian shanty town). This view might not be ideal for everyone. An ocean view room was offered for an additional $80/night US, but I politely declined since i was only staying for one night. There's a pool, restaurant, small fitness center and great ocean views up on the 19th floor. There's also another restaurant on the ground floor where breakfast is offered for $20/US per person. The hotel sits right across the street from world famous Copacabana Beach. Great location.

Stayed last week, first time visit to Brazil and Rio, arrived late at night so literally checked in and went to bed after an 11.5 hour flight. Make sure you have some change for the porter, we didn't have anything other than big notes ,but the lovely chap took a large note downstairs to get change for us bless him. What a location and what a view from the rooftop bar and pool, absolutely amazing. We had a back of hotel room so no sea views but being on floor 14 we did have a perfect view of the Christ the Redeemer statue from our room which more than made up for the street view.. Staff seemed attentive and friendly, especially the roof bar staff, we had a few drinks each evening up there watching the sunset some nights, stunning to watch. We also ate up there too and very nice food it was too. No complaints from us at either the pool bar nor breakfast, breakfast had a big selection of hot and cold food suitable for everyone, very much enjoyed our stay in such a stunning location. Thankyou Windsor Leme and staff, we hope to see you again soon.

Very good hotel. Spacious rooms, giant and comfortable bed (apart from the very high pillows), we had a top side view! The shower has the best hotel shower I've ever seen. And the towels are super soft! Grade 10!!! The pool is heated, small but well served and the view is breathtaking. Negative point is that they should definitely include breakfast in the daily rate. I bought it without realizing that there was no coffee (but when I checked in I was already aware of that) and when I went into the restaurant in the morning, the attendant spoke in a very impolite way as if I didn't know I had to pay and still charged me on the spot, as if We would leave without paying! It was embarrassing!

In a group of 43 people for this first Brazilian experience. Breakfast and half board formula, drinks at our expense. Arrival a little late but we were able to have dinner (simple but good). Good reception, quick distribution of rooms. Respect of requests made (rooms side by side for families). Clean, comfortable, very spacious room and XXL bed. Good soundproofing. Bathroom with shower, decent size, clean. Room door opening system with magnetic card which tends to demagnetize (reception responds very quickly without problems). Breakfast with an XXL buffet and view of the beach. Lots of choices, both savory and sweet. Roof top with breathtaking views of Copacabana, Christ the Redeemer, the beach. Pleasant from morning to evening, the roof top swimming pool and its deck chairs. You can also enjoy the bar and its cocktails. The gym is a plus. Metro 20 minutes walk. Safe neighborhood with bars and restaurants, pharmacy, currency exchange bank and supermarket just a stone's throw away. In conclusion, top location. Quality service. Professional, polite and smiling staff. Thank you for everything. The only downside is the meals. We at least had one meal at the hotel. 3 different meal choices and 2 different dessert choices. It was good but not plentiful enough and above all throughout our stay we had the same choices! Quiche, spaghetti bolognese, cheese and fruit spaghetti or chocolate cake. We couldn't wait to have our meals elsewhere. Damage !
