The hotel mainly caters for business people. It is very clean and the rooms are absolutely fine; they have a TV and a minibar in them. Also a great shower with good pressure. The hotel has a bar and a small swimming pool. You can also eat there which is probably a good thing as you are not in the middle of town and there is probably not much choice.
The staff also spoke quite good English when we were there. There is also a business area with internet access but you must pay for its use.
The staff were very proactive - after questioning at what time i needed to get a taxi the next morning, the front desk provided a wake up call without even requesting it!
The hotel was a little noisy, although it was the night Santos when some football tournament and there was a lot of horn honking going on. Also, the breakfast was basic to say the least.
Good Internet connection in the rooms and cable TV.
I go often to Campo Grande for business and always stay there.

The people are friendly. I don’t speak any Portuguese but got along just fine. I ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel and enjoyed both.
The grounds are nice to walk around and relax. The pool was closed. The Wi-Fi works well which was nice as I had a lot of work to do while there.
Parking is available too.
Note to hotel: please don't start mopping the floors at 6 in the morning. Or try not to bump into the walls while mopping, thank you.
"The best rooms are on the top (4th) floor overlooking the lovely garden (instead of the noisy street) with great views across the city"Read full review
