Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hotel Internacional is a standard hotel 20min drive from the airport. Don't expect something special: Staff is unmotivated and do not want to help you. You need to carry your luggage yourself. The rooms are clean but have no windows. I felt similar as sleeping in a hospital. During the weekend there is a "bar" on the roof. Make sure your room is far away from that, otherwise you won't sleep early.

The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and can speak English. There is also computer access in the main foyer. The rooms are good and the wifi is pretty strong.
The best thing about here is the breakfast. A buffet of eggs, sausages, fruit, cereal, cakes, coffee, juices, breads, teas, cheeses and different meats.

Normally prefer hostels to hotels but this was at a good price. The rooms are lovely - particularly the comfy mattress and hot shower! Breakfast is enormous. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun too. I recommend.

Great place to stay...the check in staff were all friendly and helpful and most spoke english. The free breakfast spread was huge, an amazing array of cakes, deserts juices breads hot dishes. etc etc. Nice pool. Room was great, decent size and with a balcony, good wifi, and I think the only place with a bed long enough (am only 6' 3" but nearly everywhere I stayed I had to pull the beds out from the wall a few inches). Good location with 2 good value per kg food places close by - 1 just down the road for lunch and dinner, and another on the street behind the hotel, that only opens for lunch (1 or 2 macaws most mornings in a palm tree at the corner was a bonus..)

The room is clean and I had a very big room for myself. very good breakfast with a lot of choices. It is in a very quiet street. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. I could enter my room already at 10 in the morning without paying extra. Thank you
I stood there in December for I went to Pantanal and on the way back home again

We checked in last might and what a present experience the staff were friendly and despite some login English were great to the extent the sent out for a local take away burger for us which was stunning at £3. The hotel is a local hotel in a local suburb, the room are small but clean the shower and water hot and the breakfast to die for, the expire nice is an all Brazilian one and you must stay here if your traveling to the pantanel and need a stop over in campo grande it a great expexpirence

Good and clean. Nothing special about it. Location is not great. Not sure any of Campo Grande is great. Hotel had no working restaurant on Saturdays (!!!). We were recommended a place next to the old "rodoviaria" to eat. Very surreal - you would have to see it to believe it - but food was OK and orange juice was really fresh and delicious.

Campo Grande is the hub stop for all those going to Pantanal Rainforest.

This hotel gives you a comfortable stay while being in mato grosso. Rooms are not só luxury but considering the budget you are getting good comfort, clean and safe location.

The most extraordinary benefit is the breakfast, se loved and enjoyed the breakfast, even our departure was very early before breakfast time, they were só kind to let us get a breakfast before our checkout se really appreciate that detail.

The standard room was not very pretty and the double bed was suspiciously small. The air conditioner and TV were new. The shower head was electric. We had to upgrade and moved into a nicer room with a queen size bed and a very good shower. The room was quite crowded and the window facing a wall three feet away
Upon early departure at 5AM there was no coffee or any arrangement for early breakfast.
