Detailed Reviews
I'm torn on this place. I don't want to be too harsh because usually I stay in higher end hotels. This place was decent for the trip I was making (I wasn't on Vacation). So if you're not going to spend much time in the room, it's not bad. The beds are kind of uncomfortable, but the pillows are amazing! However, there were a few things about the room that let me know they are not very clean; a previous guest's lotion bottle left under the bed, hair ties left in a drawer, and a sock under the couch. The room was very quiet, so at least it provided a quiet place to sleep. However, the pool was "broken" during our stay due to pump issues and frankly, picking a hotel in an area you know is going to be very hot, a pool is something you tend to look for. So that was super disappointing. The surrounding area is busier than I'd like - but if you need to be close to the freeway for travel, it's ok. Also I was surprised to see there wasn't a safe in the room for valuables. Not sure I would stay again.

ShortGirl518, Thank you for pointing out the issues with housekeeping so that we can work to improve upon this aspect of the guest experience at our hotel. It is disheartening to learn that you did not enjoy your stay and that the room was not properly and thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to the high standards of our housekeeping and maintenance staff. We want you to feel at home, welcomed, and safe within a clean environment; we hope that this will be the case during your next stay with us.

Good Hotel doesn’t value Marriott top elite status(Ambassador Elite)very well or recognize them at check in as they are supposed to. Rooms were the same as every other Courtyard’s. Bistro food was average- going through training people and I believe it could have been better.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Area was safe and overall hotel well maintained. Our bed was incredibly uncomfortable however. Also the shower would not drain. Even 30 minutes after a shower there was still standing water. Leaves game out if the drain. It had clearly not been cleaned in between guests or that wouldn’t have been missed. There were no toiletries left in the room (shampoo/conditioner). Also Café downstairs was very overpriced with few options.

Bed was awful, felt like a small pad on top of a concrete block. Rude front desk help when we asked to change rooms for a better bed - the female's answer was "the beds are all the same". Female at front desk tried to keep my husband from cancelling the next night's reservation by instructing him to call "booking.com" to cancel reservation when we made our reservations via the actual hotel we stayed in for one night. They allow pets to stay in the hotel - a loud dog barked all night & the next morning. Miserable place to stay.

I have a health issue and called ahead twice to make sure I got a quiet room. I have a kidney transplant and need to sleep well when I travel. Asked if they used smelly stuff in carpet and they said "room is lovely and we have it waiting." I showed up to find hotel completely full except for my room. Found a smell like sewage gas in my room. Called to get another room (now it's too late to switch to another hotel since I have an early morning meeting) and of course no other choices. The next morning, after sleeping with window open as far as it could go - and after listening to traffic all night from massive highway system next to hotel - I hear from others at breakfast and in elevator that all the rooms smell that bad. Then, front desk admitted it was an issue. I called Marriott corporate and issued a formal complaint. I have now been sick for almost two weeks. That one night in this hotel started a slide of bad health for me. One horrible night can kick off a health event for me, and that's what happened at this hotel. Attached you will see how the toilet in the room had been clearly spraying on the wall for quite a while. I put towels around it but you can see mark on the wall. Marriott corporate never got back to me. The hotel owners never called me. They are risking guest health by running the hotel with sewage gasses throughout the rooms. The front desk is well aware of this issue. Shame on all of you at Marriott who received my complaint and did nothing but throw some points my way. You never called - never emailed. Shame on the owners of this hotel for risking all of our health. Do not stay at this hotel.

We booked through a travel agency from our soccer club. Thr evening we were there i had an issue getting into my room and the hotel staff spent one hour attempting to unlock the door. They were never able to unlock it. I was forced to wake up my family member to unlock it, which I want ideal because she had an early sports event. Additionally, The reservation stated that we would have a free made to order breakfast and the hotel staff refused to honor this. The bartender in the lobby did provide our daughters with water bottles but the refusal of the breakfast left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very very nice hotel!! Seemed very new! We had 3 male teenagers and they were pleased as well. The seating in lobby very updated and interesting. Pool was opened until 11 and the teens enjoyed swimming. Rooms were spacious. Plugs and USB Chargers located throughout the room!! Great lighting! Microwave and refrigerator are nice to have. We only needed the room for one night but would have been happy to stay several more nights. We found day and night staff to be friendly. Location was great for us! Yes off of 35 but easy to get where we needed. Lots of Restaurants nearby. We were able to bypass traffic on 35 and get to downtown area to see lots of interesting things there. Would definitely recommend!!!

This hotel is quiet and the rooms are clean. The staff is excellent. It is located near shopping centers and the Domain. I would highly recommend this for your business or pleasure stay. Juan, the bartender at the Bistro is always upbeat and remembers your name and what you like to order. Their outdoor patio area is a great place to have a morning coffee or a cocktail while overlooking a pasture with cows and horses. A little slice of solace amidst the big city!

I went to every floor to get ice none of the machines were working on a day that was 110 degrees. I went to the bar and they said they couldn’t spare any even tho the bar was to close in 15 min. I have been a loyal and understanding traveler through the pandemic but 3 years later I am beginning to feel taken advantage of.
