This hotels name shouldn’t be OYO, it should BE BYO. That’s because it’s BYO mouse trap, BYO WIFI, BYO towels (because there’s are all stained and so wore out that my wash cloth would tear as I rubbed soap on it). I don’t expect much from a cheap hotel because all I was interested in was a place to sleep and shower. I would have given this place a higher rating but when I had a mouse running through the room that was it.
Clean room loved all the amenities. The manager was so kind and gracious as was Tiffany. I'd recommend this hotel to anyway. Love the remodel as well my room was so huge and spacious almost very homey. Thank you for the great experience.
I stayed here when it was a Red Roof Inn and it was a nice place but now it is a branch of a Indian owned chain and it has virtually no amenities. I have left repeated requests for the owner to contact me but he doesn't, I think because the day manager fears for her job -- she lives here and hires her friends. The ice machine is constantly running out of ice, there is no in-roof coffee, lobby coffee is out of cups, washer and dryer are always broken. I was told on a Saturday morning there was no maintenance man around, which may be why the garbage often sits by the cans for days and there is litter that doesn't get picked up and blows around. Guest satisfaction is low priority - but high priority is anything that generates charges for the motel -- early check in charge even if you are staying another day -- how ridiculous. No sheet to tell you what the TV channels are. It does not seem necessary to charge a $100 deposit but that shows you that the orientation is hotel income, not good word of mouth. For a few dollars more (movie name? ) you can get breakfast and not listen to the conflicts and coming and going at all hours in this low income parking lot.…
This hotel was so awful. I should have read reviews more diligently. We arrived at almost 1am with our 3 small children and once we checked in and tried to get into our room we discovered the keys didn’t work. Went back to the desk and got keys to a different room because “they’ve been having problems with the locks” and those keys/lock didn’t work either. We were so tired the clerk ended up just letting us into the room manually so we had no keys. The room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke. There was hair and debris all over the bathroom. Cigarette burns all over the bed linens. The pillows were rock hard and so lumpy. Metal rod sticking out from bed frame that my son hurt himself on. I couldn’t even sleep all night because the room felt so dirty. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. You definitely get what you pay for.…
Booked a room during Christmas - room was not like seen on site - filthy and had bedbugs. Pictures taken sent to health dept and confirmed by them. Refused a refund and had to drive 3 hrs to get a room for the night. What a pig sty! Wanted a $100 deposit in case we took or destroyed anything - like the burned stained linens on the bed; no frig, no tv control - do you see the word SUCKER on my forehead
