We stopped in to get a good nights rest while driving across the country. The reviews were decent so we gave this place a try. The halls smelled of smoke although it's a "non smoking hotel", there was a leak coming from the ceiling or toilet, not sure which. But we didn't notice it the night before, however, the next morning our luggage was soaked. The bagged breakfast was mediocre at best. The only good thing about this place was the friendly staff at the front desk!
This property is nice and very convenient off and on the highway. Staff and service were good. There was no breakfast due to Covid which is unavoidable. I feel the room could have been discounted a bit for that reason. I’ve stayed right across the street at La Quinta for cheaper before.
We stay here once a year just to get away fir a week. Everything is nice and clean and smells fresh. The front desk especially Jamie this year is very helpful and friendly. Nessa was so nice to work with the reservations and prices. Will be glad when they can open the pool and have their great breakfast.
Booked a ticket then they tried to tell me because it was 4 am I had to book two nights. After I refused and threatened legal action I only got about 3 hours of sleep. Walls are thin, staff was rude. No customer curtesy
The high priced and no rewards for dimond members. Witch I was told dimond members get water and snacks witch never received. We was disappointed in the dimond rewads. This hotel needs new management and desk clerks
