The site claims to have all sorts of cleanliness covid protocols, but staff weren't wearing masks, no sanitizer anywhere (and we asked for some and were given rubbing alcohol), the room door was propped open, the fridge was unplugged and stunk and water everywhere because it thawed. I get it, this is Texas, the land of We don't care about others, but we chose this place because it claimed to be safe. Also I don't usually write grumpy reviews but for more than $100 a night, I expect at least what's advertised.
we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it's clean and quiet. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The location is right of a main freeway so access to anywhere local was easy. We were traveling with a small dog
7/19/2020 By quite pleasant I actually mean that it is what I want while travelling, no noise, a soft spacious bed, good wifi with no connection problems, Life is perfect well except that Covid thingey eliminating my free breakfast. A pleasant rest before we journeyed back to Colorado Springs Super helpful with their recommendation of the Plaza II restaurant,
On May 3rd, 2020 my sister and I while driving from Sacramento to Oklahoma stopped at this hotel. We were exhausted. First, we couldn't get connected to the internet. That took at least an hour Because the lady at the front desk, Jennifer treated us as if we were bothering her. Finally, we got a tech on the phone who walked us through it. After that exhaustion, we went to bed. When I woke up the next morning, I noticed a stain on the sheet. I was alarmed only because of the deadly VIRUS going around right now. Then, I got in the shower and I noticed a spot on the shower curtain. IT WAS FECES!!! I went to the desk and reported it to a different FDA. She went to the room to check it. This woman who works the morning shift came back to tell me and her manager, LaShon Hersey, that there wasn't a stain on the sheet and the FECES on the shower curtain looked fresh. HOW DARE SHE ACCUSE ME OF LYING. The Manager, Ms Hershey, proceeded to tell me how great her housekeeping staff is. I was not asking them for anything and I tried to whisper this information to them so that they could correct it. I would STRONGLY recommend people to stay away from that hotel. SAVE YOURSELF!!THAT WAS THE NASTIEST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!!…
This place has easy access and a very clean and complete morning cafeteria. Breakfast was hot and service did a great job keeping it clean and well supplied. Only negative was I am a senior citizen with heart troubles and still had to walk to the third floor.
