Our stay was very good. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Parking around the hotel was free or park at the garage for $7.00. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Breakfast was limited but still very good. Great location. The only problem was our microwave started to smell like an electrical fire. We call several times to get help or maintenance but our calls got us nowhere. I told housekeeping to get us help and advised them of what was happening still no help. We finally had to call the fire dept for help. I could see any flames but we could smell something burning. The fire dept can were quickly and help us out. We never did speak to maintenance or a manager, but I was able to get a different room. Still a very good stay.
We checked in with a 4 person wait. While I checked in my husband had panhandlers knocking on our car window. While checking in was very difficult to understand the employee because she spoke very fast and seemed disinterested in my questions. We had to park across the street and it was very hard for 2 76-year olds to carry our bags to our room. No one directed me to any luggage carriers. Once in the room there were no working phones and only an iPad to communicate your needs. We were not told that the restaurant was not open on Sunday or Monday—so no food. The cover on the TV remote that said it was cleaned was a lie because there were fingerprints all over it and the iPad in the room that I had to clean myself. Maintenance came up to look at the phones and said they haven’t been working for a long time-so no emergency contact is possible. He also said the wires in the lights are twisted and broken. Yet another chain that lies and conceals to get your business. …
Nicest hotel I think I have ever been. The suites are large and very clean. The hotel was a great place to stay the night and I will be glad to stay there again. I’m not sure if every room is a suite but if you’re traveling with a group it’s a great add on!
Hotel was beautiful and with the digital key, offers a complete contactless experience. Unfortunately, we had to visit the front desk twice and ask for a different room because our digital key did not work, nor did the plastic keys. Once relocated, we found our room very comfortable. Room service menu was very, very limited, unfortunately, so we had to leave the parking garage to get dinner which resulted in having to pay twice to park.
Couldn’t have found a better hotel! Arrived from Kansas City Sunday evening and most restaurants were closed, but the hotel bar was still serving food! Had a nice meal and the beverage selection was top notch as well. The bartender was wonderful. The hotel seems new, with a very well appointed lobby, nice waterfall installation and an upscale contemporary feel. Our room was a spacious suite with a very comfortable bed. Slept like a rock. And my wife greatly appreciated the hot full breakfast buffet that was doled out to her. A nice surprise in this time of Covid. Highly recommend this hotel.
