Very clean! While always the most important factor in my reviews, in the covid age this was particularly appreciated. The value is also very good. We selected a king suite as the price was not much different and were very happy with it.

Despite clearly stated mandates on every door requiring everyone indoors to wear a mask, staff members were not. When I asked the woman at the desk why she wasn’t wearing one, she said she was “having trouble breathing.” Not much comfort! Upon checkout, the man at the desk was not wearing a mask. I asked, “Are you guys supposed to be wearing masks?” was, “Why?” Then he told me he’d been in the bathroom. Also saw a few on the housekeeping staff maskless. Very disappointing. Reflects poorly on the Choice brand. Manager contacted me after a negative survey, hoping we’d “give them another chance.” I asked if she would guarantee all staff members would wear masks. No response. Won’t be back!

While checking in I noticed the indoor pool behind reception was murky with things floating on top. Walking past, my wife pointed out that the hot tub was filled in with soil and a tree was planted in the middle. The room had multiple patch jobs on the walls and ceiling where there have clearly been leaks, which were shoddily patched. The part that was the most annoying was the lack of hot water in the morning. After letting the water run cold for five minutes I called the front desk. The man that answered said that’s normal, lots of people shower in the morning. Just let the water run as long as it takes to get warm and then shower. Well we didn’t have hot water that morning.

I was looking for a nice hotel in the area after a long drive. There are a bunch of lower end hotels in the area, so be advised. Came across this gem. Very clean. All the amenities you would expect. Great room. Very spacious. Quiet (considering it is on the highway) and reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful staff. If traveling through the area, I would absolutely stay there again. Thanks!

Best hotel I’ve stayed at for the price. Everything seemed new and well kept. Very clean room with modern amenities and even a ceiling fan. In a convenient area for travel. I would highly recommend staying here.
