Our room was so spacious with high ceilings, comfortable bed, large and very clean bathroom, complimentary bottle water in the room fridge, and a gourmet chocolate from a local chocolatier on the bed. From 8-10pm there was complimentary milk and cookies in the upstairs ice room. The included breakfast was AWESOME, though! Super hearty, delicious and homemade. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend The Bleckley Inn!

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights while tending to a loved one in hospice. The rooms are large and the housekeeping was great. It is nice to see a hotel that has gotten back to caring for guestrooms daily and not using the excuse of covid to provide lackluster service. In addition, the restaurant was great on site and served really good meals. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. All in all, it was a great stay and we will be returning again this weekend.

We just held two large, all-day meetings in the Benson Room at the Bleckley Inn and it couldn't have been a better experience. Staff was so accommodating and helpful setting up the room for the best experience. Wifi worked great and they had suggestions from set-up to where to order lunch. The teams loved the space and meetings went well.

Rooms were clean and huge and spectacular.
The staff was friendly, kind, professional and very efficient.
This hotel is was one the prettiest and clean places I have ever stayed in.
It is located in the middle of downtown Anderson, SC in walking distance to restaurants and stores.
The breakfast ..which is included ..was simply the best southern fare ever. Praline bacon? Scrumptious! And of course the best grits!
The staff was friendly, kind, professional and very efficient.

My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary in downtown Anderson centered around our stay at The Bleckley Inn. We actually live in Anderson, but really enjoy staying at The Bleckley Inn, as it is one of the nicest hotels we see during any of our global travels. The facilities and staff there are simply the best! Tying in a dinner at Sullivan's and some spa work at Lilia makes a great package, even if your travel is not far away.

Our favorite hotel ANYWHERE, and we travel quite a bit. The staff always greets us as if we are the most important part of their day, the rooms are unique, and the location is excellent. The prices are a little higher than some hotels in the area, but only a tiny bit higher and the value far exceeds the slightly higher cost. If you want a real treat, ask for "room" 12. I have lived in apartments that were smaller than "room" 12!

My wife and I were in Anderson to attend a close friends sons wedding. They booked the Bkeckley Inn for the out of town guests. We were in the Plaza section of the complex and were absolutely blown away by the room! The Plaza is in a repurposed downtown building and has been transformed into a gorgeous hotel! It’s location is within walking distance of excellent food and shopping. The entire Bleckley complex is first class and the employees were professional and courteous. The main hotel was the backdrop for the beautiful wedding. I highly recommend the Bleckley for ANY occasion!

The front desk staff were very friendly, when we checked in the lady working gave us several suggestions of shops and restaurants to walk to. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Our expectations for The Bleckley Inn were high, and those high expectations were exceeded. Our first time there, but it won't be our last. We stayed in the Plaza Rooms and were concerned beforehand because they are 1/2 block away, but they were fantastic, access was easy and parking was convenient.

It is good to find a hotel with nice facilities. It is satisfying to find a hotel with a friendly, competent staff. It is true and rare pleasure to find a hotel that excels in both areas, and the Bleckley does so. Absolutely beautiful hotel, inside and out, with a staff that exemplifies hospitality.
