The floor needed a sweep every day I was there. I had tics every night. First night was the worst. I immediately called management and they said to check with them in the morning. They offered to move me to another room and I chose not to as I had all my things where I wanted them. The tics appeared on my pillow. I was bitten a few times as I crushed bloody ones. They claimed they sprayed, but I'm not sure that happened. They needed a door guard at the bottom of the door and I recommended that and it didn't happen.
My last night had just one tic. The staff were friendly. The shower was good. The sink faucet was difficult to turn completely off and I noted that to them.
If I had to use again, I would definitely do a different room and possible on the second floor. Tics are abundant in this area and with the dry hot weather they are more so. Also had a few other bugs, too.
Many of the people staying here were smokers. I saw then smoking outside. My room was non-smoking, but I could smell smoke.
Wifi did not work well. I couldn't use my laptop and did what I had to on my smart phone.
