Hotel's Favourite
I really enjoyed this property in spite of the furniture in the rooms being nicked and some tears on the chairs and couch. It has a warm homey feel and it's QUIET. Great for bringing a pet. You are walking distance to Walmart and a few fast food places. Literally next to it is Chickie and Petes, which is worth a try. It's a sports bar concept specializing in seafood and it's pretty good. Also basic burgers and good salads. This property is <10 minute from King of Prussia and a nice alternative if you want something lower key.

Me and my wife only stay at this hotel. It’s very clean it has a cooktop large fridge so we can cook our own meals. What I also love is that you can open the windows for some fresh air. No other hotels allow that. We will be back soon for New years

They were welcoming on checkin. The room was spacious and clean. It was a quiet hotel. The breakfast was pretty good. I enjoyed the variety. They also had food gloves for patrons to wear in the food area.
Most of the guests wore the gloves. There were a few people who would stand in the area where the food was to talk. That was a little strange when there was plenty of seating. Overall. I enjoyed my stay.

We spend one night at this Homewood suites hotel. The check-in as easy and we got to our room via the nearby elevator. The room was an upgraded room, with extra snacks which we had paid for, with 2 queen beds. The beds were quite soft and not all that comfortable and the corners of the bathroom were dusty. The wallpaper in the bathroom and separate sink area was poorly applied and looked like a 4 year old had cut the paper where it met the tile, rather than an experienced decorator. Although the room was generally quiet, we were subjected to a loud whaling noise every time the toilet was flushed. There was definitely a problem with the pipes or the plumbing. The real reason for the rating was the poor and unappetizing breakfast. We came down at 8:30pm to find rubbery scrambled eggs, tired sausage and grated potatoes in a pool of grease...completely inedible. This was a disappointment given prior positive reviews for the breakfast. Needless to say, we skipped out and ate elsewhere. As a regular Homewood Suites guest, there is such a wide difference between the different franchisees breakfasts, you never know what you are going to get. Obviously, the cost of the stay becomes less competitive if you add the cost of breakfast in addition.

I now understand that there is a manager named Sean and a “front desk” Sean. Front desk Sean is rude as can be both on the phone and in person. Before I checked in, while I was there and when I called to follow up. I gave him way more than three chances to be professional and kind. He’s nasty. The pool was an absolutely disgrace, madhouse and fiasco. Why give bracelets, set a limit of 19, and sign up for it in slots if no one is there checking them? The pool was insanely packed. Insanely. People getting dropped off to join friends, Two birthday parties while I was there for two nights, people walking over from another hotel to swim in the pool. No bracelets. So not fair. I watched many families turn around disappointed. My kids and I were disappointed as well. We signed up first thing in the morning on our check out day thinking we could have two hours in the pool with minimal people only to learn the pool was “closed” due to “engineering issues” which we later found out was only an excuse. It was an excuse to keep people out because of what went on all weekend. I know the staff was aware of it. I saw Front desk Sean watch out the window. We went there for a getaway weekend for the pool and winded up sweating in valley forge to see historical sites and driving twenty minutes to play mini golf. I’ll never return after this. Don’t go for the pool during Covid. And try to avoid Sean. He needs a new job.

Negligent staff allowed a bunch of children to run around at all hours. My room was not clean nor cleaned during my stay. I was told to come and get my own towels needed because there was only one person working in the entire hotel at 6:30 at night. No apology for my room not being clean or cleaned after I complained

PROS: The staff (and by staff, I mean the one person at the front desk, there was no one else) was friendly and tried to be helpful
The lobby and rooms were generally "clean-ish".
It's near plenty of dining, groceries and gas.
A quick drive to VF National Park.
CONS
Our rooms reeked of smoke and pot. We were told there are smoking rooms on the 4th floor where we stayed and that the ventilation forces the smoke into non smoking rooms. "Nothing they can do about that unfortunately"
The lobby reeked of pot. Reeked.
Many unmasked folks in public areas. There's no mask enforcement either given the fact they are so short staffed.
They use bed skirts as blankets. OMG right? I was so confused! But yes, they don't have actual blankets on the beds.

I remember staying at this hotel years ago and gave it a rave review. Talk about a fall from grace... how far its come from back then. First of all, if you are a Hilton Honors member, don't expect any special treatment... no Diamond parking spots, no snack bag (other than water - but not offered if you don't ask) and no upgraded room. And then there's the room. Although our two queen room was large, it was VERY TIRED. The carpet was worn, the curtains were torn and the mattress was lumpy. And then there was the shower. The shower/toilet was separated from the sink with no ventilation. From the moment I walked in, my eyes literally burned from the smell of mold/mildew. Luckily, I was able to close the door when not in use. I mentioned this to the desk clerk upon check-out (and she appreciated my feedback), so I'm hoping that they've since figured out how to fix the problem. But, in the meantime, avoid staying in Rm. 121. On the plus side... it was very quiet, which led to a great night's sleep, and the friendly woman who made sure that the breakfast bar was clean and well stocked, did a great job! Based on its high ratings, a lot of people clearly like this hotel, so I'm hoping that my situation was unique and that you have a great stay.

I chose this hotel rather than the adjacent Hilton Tru bc of the EV charging station. The non-tesla charger is not working with no signs indicating that and the Tesla charging plug prongs have no plastic insulator such that I was afraid it would short my car. They told me to go up to the Hilton Garden Inn to charge, but their Tesla charger is also missing plastic around the prongs and only charged at a reduced rate. Plus I couldn't leave my car there all night and walk 3 miles back to Homewood Suites!
Hotel staff is unaware of the problem. Breakfast was not out at 7 AM as promised, and one of the hotel staff, who claimed she was just late was a lie as the prior evening she was front desk staff and said she would be back at 7 AM. You can't have breakfast out at 7 AM if you show up at 7 AM. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable, but there were crumbs on the carpet and the dishwasher had a foul odor when opened.

Was on another vacation, sorry for the delay. You need to call the hotel for the shuttle information. I can tell you that the hotel is nice and clean. Chickey and Pete’s is close by for some food and a beverage.
No room service.
