The receptionist was more than accommodating when I had to change the dates on my reservation. She was so helpful with setting up our information for our school purchase order. The rooms were great and we had a great breakfast. Will definitely be back.
Room was decent. Hotel was clean. Had been updated. Breakfast attendant was rude and breakfast was gone by 9:00 every day. When asked if we could get any food, she rudely replied that they were out of everything. The sign clearly states breakfast is available until 10:00 every day. When I inquired with front desk person, she stated she worked alone and was too busy to replenish, which was clearly not the truth as that was not what the attendant told us. She was not busy when we talked to her. Seems like the hotel is too cheap to feed all their guests. The hotel was sold out this weekend. We saw many other families come down to find nothing left for breakfast.
My husband and I were in town for a quick anniversary trip, but before we could enjoy our time we needed to finish the work week. Friday my husband and I were in lobby working when I realized I only brought his power cord. I had another 7 hours of work but no power supply. I asked the front desk if they had an extra in lost and found. They checked but did not have the kind I needed. The owner came out and checked my laptop, he said I have one at home that will work. I’ll be right back. He did and it worked!! Thanks to his kindness I was able to complete my work for the day. The only difference between ordinary and extraordinary is a little extra. I certainly appreciate the owner leading by example and going the extra step. Appreciate the wonderful hospitality received at your Hampton Inn.…
This is a recently remodeled hotel. The staff does a great job cleaning and preparing the wonderful breakfast buffet. It was great to have a hot breakfast ready in the morning. You don’t get that much anymore these days.
We travel to Ardmore for all of our health check ups because we are Chickasaw. We love to stay at the Hampton Inn in Ardmore Simply because the staff is always so welcoming, accommodating, and super friendly!! Thank You to ALL the staff members that make us feel at home and welcomed!!
Stopped in on our travels. Room was good and clean, bed was nice. However we were told breakfast was served until 10am (as did the multiple signs in the breakfast area). However when we came down at 9:25 there was only a few eggs, and couple sausage pieces. Other patrons came down and asked and they said they stopped serving food at 9:30 because otherwise it would be thrown out. If it says until 10am, it should at least be refilled at 9:30. Listening to others complain about the breakfast and employees did not seem interested at all. If we were staying longer this review could be remedied, but on Tuesday of Thanksgiving weekend it's inexcusable. Especially for a Hampton.
We were tired after driving a long time and saw the Courtyard Love the hotel. The only thing missing is something for breakfast . Only option is to pay but I think most go on down the road for food. Clean and well located hotel
Minus the hole in ceiling from a leak and air unit not working properly stay was mediocre. Staff weren’t overly friendly. The greeting you receive at the door is important. Batteries in remote were low. It may sound petty, but after traveling in a car all day, you would like for things in the room to be ready. You’re too tired to call front desk and request small things like that.
Rooms were not cleaned. Had to leave the hotel to go a coke. Room booked was dirty so ended up having to share beds. Front desk did nothing to make up for the situation. Second room’s bathroom was full of hair.
Great location near a few restaurants especially if you’d like to have a few drinks late at night!! Hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable!! Would highly recommend the stay here!!!
