Location easy to find. Clean, updated rooms. Quiet. Friendly staff. Had a nice breakfast at Carter’s…French toast that was very good and a made to order omelet. Would love to find out where they get their pillows…they were perfect!
Pretty disappointed in our visit to this hotel. Overall the room was clean. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. The pool hours are posted 9am-9pm. I took my kids down a little after 9am to swim before we checked out. The pool was locked with chain. When we asked the front desk lady, she informed us that the maintenance man (who unlocks the pool) would not be in until 1pm. She tried several keys but could not get it open. I went back up to our room with some very disappointed kids. The pool has no shaded sitting area at all and it is pretty small. Next time we visit we will be staying somewhere else.
Hotel was clean, pool is outside and open. Plenty of sitting four side and inside. There is complementary coffee only. There is no breakfast at this hotel. There is a restaurant but is not open for breakfast. Ihop and Jimmy’s egg is within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Will stay here again!
Convenient to the interstate but sufficiently removed to be very quiet, this hotel has a bright and cheery lobby (check out the pottery display to the left of the elevator bank), an adjoining restaurant, and a well stocked convenience pantry. Our room was well furnished, and clean, and we always appreciate a refrigerator that comes with a freezer element for our dry ice. The staff, especially Owen on the front desk, was friendly and helpful. The only odd thing about the hotel is that most of the parking in the front lot is reserved for the restaurant. We ended up parking in the back, which was inconvenient only to the extent that the luggage carts were all at the front entrance. It should also be noted that the outdoor pool is closed for the season.
Holiday inn seems to have a pretty good reputation no matter where I go and this one is no different. Building, room and front area very well taken care of. No breakfast when we were here. Nice little restaurant in the hotel for dinner at least
Last night while staying here at the holiday inn I developed a cough which was keeping me awake. I went downstairs to the lobby and Jared was working the front desk. He said they did not have cough drops in their convenience store but he handed me some of his own. Awesome! Thank you for a good nights rest.
This property is by far one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in a long time. The staff was awesome and took care of my every need. The on-site restaurant with the sports bar was one of my favorite places to hang out when I wasn’t working. Thank you Holiday Inn for a great stay!
My son and I needed a good place to crash for the night after a long drive and a concert. We typically stay at Holiday Inn Express (which includes a breakfast). There were none available in the area, so we were confident in the "full" Holiday Inn being what we needed...which was a good night's sleep. It did not dissapoint.
Adequate hotel - typical Holiday Inn, not a Holiday Inn Express with a free breakfast. There is a restaurant on site though. The food was good enough. The hotel didn't have extra outlets but has lamps with plugs on the base - none of which worked. Meanwhile another night (tonight I'm at a Holiday Inn Express) and there are four wall outlets above the desk. Seems like Express is a better hotel. Fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker in the room.
Amazing stay, easy access from I35 with nearby shopping and restaurants, plenty of parking, outdoor pool, small fitness center, mini snack store and event center next door. The staff here is absolutely wonderful; friendly and welcoming and they deserve recognition. Easy check-in, booked via online with our points and that was the quickest check-in ever. Rooms are roomy, with comfy beds, pillows are labeled soft and firm, microwave and mini fridge, work desk and 2 chairs with foot rest. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
