Worst experience at a hotel ever. We checked in in the evening, as soon as we got into the room, we pulled the comforter down and the sheet had multiple hairs on it. We called and asked for clean bedding. The girl that brought the bedding up was extremely rude when my husband asked if she could take the dirty bedding with her she said no, he could bring it down with him in the morning. He told her that he would just set it in the hall and she told him she didn't have anyone to come & get it and then she walked off while he was still talking to her. Rudest, most unprofessional conduct from a hotel employee we've ever experienced. Definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone and we'll never stay here again.
We always stay at the Courtyard when we come up to Ardmore. The hotel is new-is dans everything is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. There's a small gym and a pool and lots of restaurants nearby.
After the Bonvoy app confirmed reservation, there was no notification that the card was declined (2500 AC repair). Surprised when trying to use the app check in feature upon a late arrival. Room well done (with a sleep sofa). When contacting a néw night clerk about failed nightstand USB ports on each night stand, told sorry, no clue(thankfully could use the ones across the room from the bed). Woke too late for bfast, but diner a 1/4 mile away was perfect. Pool area beautiful if lacking the obligatory hottub. Fitness room has multiple aerobic options but only one bench and multiple hand bells. Adequate PC options/business center. Frig/microwave came in handy for leftovers. Phone controls for remote of screen too slow, use the actual remote. Did not put out the door handle placard, laundry change omitted. Spacious shower, but a lot of splash on outer floor as no closing panel .…
I love this place. My regular hotel was full so I randomly chosed Courtyard. I was happy with my selection and plan to make this clean , fresh hotel my new regular place. What a birthday gift to myself!
Room 438 was amazing! I have nothing negative to say! If I had to choose something, it would be the blinking light on the ceiling smoke alarm. The room was SO clean, I actually felt comfortable walking barefoot. The decor was amazing - the bathroom and towels fantastic!! I made the reservation via phone and the night manager, Lisa was very professional, super friendly and remembered speaking with me when we arrived.
At check-in, there was a huge sign stating that guests must wear masks in all public areas. The front desk woman allowed two people to converse with her for 10 minutes without wearing masks, close to 5 other people checking in (with their masks on). This is unsafe, obviously. If it were just her and those two guests, that is her prerogative to expose herself, I guess. Not appropriate with other rule-following guests around. I requested appropriate materials to sanitize my room as opposed to having a worker enter my room and breathe on/touch every surface to clean it. Front desk lady, Holly, made such a huge deal about it with extreme attitude, questioning me and insulting me. I go ask a cleaning lady about it 5 min later, and she just asked the GM is she could give me some pre-packaged sanitizing wipes. Perfect! Easy solution! Took 2 seconds with no attitude. Had to extend and then shorten my stay, and spoke with another front desk young woman, Katrina, with zero attitude and helpful accommodation. I focus on customer service... There are plenty of nice, affordable, modern middle-tier hotels. I'll never stay in something below my standards, so I expect customer service to be excellent. Maybe the personal politics of the staff are getting in the way of the health and safety of the guests.…
We were looking for a quick weekend getaway with family friends and picked this hotel. Hotel is very well kept and clean. We noticed hand sanitizer station placed every 10 ft in the common area by lobby and by elevator on every floor. Pool and sitting area is great so is the lobby. Staff is outstanding and will give you their best. There is a Starbucks with limited coffee menu. Hotel staff usually help with the order. You can find some fast food and restaurants close to the hotel. Everything is within 5 mins drive. There is a small pantry area by the lobby which offers snacks and drinks. You pay for it at the front desk.
After a 16 hour drive, all I was interested in was a shower and sleep. I was so relieved to see the Courtyard sign as I pulled into Ardmore. The desk clerk was very accommodating and got me into a nice clean room very quickly. The rooms are well kept, very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
We had room next to elevator & it was huge! Very clean & quiet with super comfy bed. With no shower curtain, the bathroom floor got pretty wet -not a big deal. Wish pool had been open. Was told mayor hadn't given okay to reopen it. Will stay again when in Ardmore.
The hotel is fairly new and we felt like it was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it, a good nights rest as it was also quiet.
