Very nice & clean. Deal w/ Hotwire made it a great value. Fridge & mike in every room, I believe. Beautiful pool & hot tub (out of service on this particular day). Fitness center. The b/fast was even better than I expected. Staff were all very friendly.
I was told to park my tractor trailer around back, but there is not enough room, DON’T EVEN ATTEMPT IT. No complaints w/soever. Highly recommended. Be blessed & accept CHRIST. Quit being so prideful & tryin’a do it all y/self. Help is available to you.

Our third stay here when traveling between home and ou. This hotel changed hands the week before our last night stay. It is now a quality inn. Looks like they are in the process of updating and making it a nicer hotel. Will stay again and see if the changes are for the better

We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time! The accommodations are nice, clean, and has helpful friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very good. There is a beautiful pool area although we didn't use it. Very close proximity to the University which was great. Would go back again.

My family came to town for my dad’s funeral and needed hotel accommodations, we have a large family and Athens was a central location to the funeral home. The online pics and lobby look nice but don’t let that fool you. This is a 2 story hotel with no elevator so we had to use the stairs which literally smelled like a cattle barn. Besides the stairwells smelling bad, the rooms had an odd odor too, not sure if it was old cigarette smoke or mold, but it was bad. The pillows were lumpy and the bedding was nothing more than a couple of sheets and a cheap blanket. Even the bath towels were small and rough.
What ever they tried to pass off as sausage for breakfast made us sick to the stomach. The links looked like sausage shaped dog food, absolutely terrible. Also there is not enough parking. I was so disappointed and embarrassed to have suggested this hotel to my family. Never again.

I've stayed here before when it first switched from the Amerihost to the Baymont. It has since gone downhill. Checked in Thursday night. Building had an odd smell. Friday night woke up around 5 am to get another pillow off the other double bed and found a small bug. I had never seen a bedbug before in my life. My husband and I had to google pictures. While trying to figure out if that's what it was, we saw another one crawling. And then found evidence of more. We checked out immediately. The front desk took off half of the 1st nights charge and didn't charge us for the 2nd. So that's a plus. So if you stay there, check your pillows and mattresses THOROUGHLY.

Location wasn’t bad for OU but for the price we paid I expected something a little more appealing. Dried mud in the hall and stairway, room door that had a trick to get it open and mold on bread for breakfast....not coming back.

Selected this hotell for the price. Wanted a pool and hot tub. Had both and they were very nice the staff was very friendly and went out of there wsy to please us. We enjoyed the breakfast room the beds were comfortable and clean

Stayed here after dropping kid at ou. Close to the college easy to get back and forth. Lots around the area. Will be staying here again. Probably every visit to ou for the next 4 years. Room description was slightly off. Was no balcony in our room.

I was in a bind to find a location for my son's 4th Birthday party. Anywhere I looked had been booked or not possible. The Baymont Inn in Athens was so very gracious to allow us to use their Breakfast Nook and pool for our party. It was truly a special day and would not have been made possible without this location! Thank you Baymont Inn!

Nice room with two queen beds. Room and bath were clean as well as the carpet. .No cosmetic issues. Room exited to an interior hallway. Could use another mirror. Room had Ref/MW/Safe/Coffee maker. Large wall mounted TV. Upholstered chair was slightly soiled and a little worn. Breakfast was very good with omelets, sausage, waffles, cereal, roils, juice. Breakfast room was sized adequately sized with 6 tables. Staff was pleasant. Check-in/out was good.
