Me, the wife plus 5 yr old and 2 yr old. Went 21-28 Oct. Hotel is slowly closing down for season, so although some of the bootable restaurants and the coffee shop weren’t open, there was a reduced amount of people there, so plenty of sun beds on the beach. Room - we had a garden view room that was halfway between reception and Candyland so excellent location. We had a room with separate bedroom so kids could sleep and then we could sit on the balcony. Room was cleaned daily and towels replaced whenever you wanted. Food - really enjoyed it though if you stayed 2 weeks I could imagine it would feel a little repetitive Staff- all very friendly Drinks- You had to pay for some top branded drinks, but the ones we had ( Honey JD and Gordon’s did the trick) Candyland- impressive water park but water was cold. Spent more time at the beach. Funfair in the evening which the kids loved. Had to pay extra for trampolines/soft play but everything else was free Candytown- massive crèche for kids with mini disco and movie nights Beach-mainly sandy with a few small pebbles before entering water. Bar right next to beach so always able to get a drink. Transfer- transfer time was only approx 30 mins, which was nice after a 4 hour flight
A number of people I spoke to , or reviews I read for Turkey hotels in general said their 5 star was actually 3 star so we had set our expectations before going, but this is definitely 5 star. They had someone raking the sand on the beach so it was nice and smooth. There were always lots of people about tidying and cleaning. Loved this hotel and would defo go back. Thank you Paul

Stayed for a week with my husband at the end of September and first couple days of October for his birthday. It was mentioned by our travel agent that it was his birthday, but idk the hotel didn't do anything about it, doesn't matter though, we had a great time nonetheless!
First things first (I'm the realest, jk): FOOD. Food is very important to us, it has to be of quality, tasty and there has to be a wide range, I'm a picky eater and my husband loves to try different meats. This hotel HAD IT ALL. There was only one day where I was a bit disappointed, but my husband was actually the happiest cause there was soooo much lamb dishes, it's probably his fav meat. But I still found what to eat, during this holiday I gained 3 kg LOL. The main buffet is amazing, but we also got seafood a la carte. They give you all the appetizers to try and then you pick a main meal and dessert yourself. The portions of appetizers are so big though, we couldn't finish them and then I couldn't finish my main as well, I was soooo full. My husband only finished his out of politeness, I didn't care about that, cause I was about to explode. So I would recommend letting guests pick their own appetizers or making the portions way smaller. I, personally, liked the green spread (pesto and curd??), fried zucchini, and butter shrimps the most out of the whole meal. Bread could be fresher, was a bit stale. But in general everything was very tasty. Food did not disappoint at all.
DRINKS: the popular cocktails were okay, but 3 different bars couldn't make a good Espresso Martini even though it's simple to make. So I just stuck to Sex on the Beach, which was always tasty! Tried drinking Pornstar Martini, but it was always a bit too sweet. They had a few different beers, Millers is similar to Corona and Bomonti had wheat beer vibes, they were our favorites. The mini fridge in the room is refilled daily.
Speaking of the ROOM, it was cleaned daily, towels changed daily, we always left tips to the cleaner, I think we got a few extra items because of that :D unfortunately, we only got bathrobes on the very last day, could've used them way earlier.
There were 3 POOLS, but all of them seemed a bit too cold for the hot weather, I wish they were warmer by at least a few degrees. But it was still nice to take a refreshing swim in the beautiful surroundings. And there were always enough beds to get a tan or to stay in the shade, a lot of people stayed by the sea rather than the pool.
SERVICE in the restaurants could have been much better as well. Often servers seemed to only care about the locals, and foreigners seemed to be left out a bit, even though we tried tipping each server at the beginning, we didn't feel there was a change in the service, sometimes we wouldn't get drinks at lunch or dinner at all if we didn't go to the bar ourselves, so we just stopped tipping in the restaurant altogether. Maybe hiring more waiters in that area would help? Maybe the current ones cannot keep up with the workload?
Anyways, where we didn't stop tipping was the ARENA, the shows were amazing with a different thing every single day, actually probably one of the best entertainment I have witnessed in a hotel. Loved the Carnival theme, the singer was terrific, and the Disco night was soooooo fun! I would rename it to Madonna night though haha. The dancers were outsanding!
But what was even more amazing OUR GIRL BERFIN!!! GIVE HER A RAISE :DD It seemed like she was the only waitress in the whole Arena (there were more cleaners), but still managed to keep up with all the orders, never missed our table, was quick with our drinks, gave us extra nuts and even some fruit, and made us special shots. She is so cute, and amazing at her job, and I definitely miss her already! 💖
All in all, even though the service of some workers could be better, the hotel in general is very beautiful, the shows in the Arena outstanding with a DJ set after, the food is amazing, and although I do not like repeating places I have visited before, we might actually come back to this hotel!

If you are traveling with children, this is a great choice. There is a large aqua park, a dinosaur park, carousels, themed days, and many activities in the kids’ zones. The food is diverse, catering to various tastes. We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of desserts.
The grounds are very well-maintained, with plenty of trees, bushes, and greenery. The waitstaff are very friendly, paying a lot of attention to the children and engaging with everyone. Special thanks to the waiter Yasin for his attention and responsiveness to our wishes; he didn’t forget us throughout our stay.
Regarding the rooms, the pillows are hard, high, and uncomfortable. However, the air conditioning works perfectly, the minibar is always stocked with a variety of drinks, and the housekeeping staff clean everything thoroughly.

Not that positive expirience: 1. There are assistants at the reception - can wait instead of you for checki in, they also escort you to to your room… and probably some other purpose (not sure which one so i can’t say). Their english is not at such a high level. First day we reached out to one of them, to ask about hotel amenities - lady was really in some other “ important” task, seemed like she had to google something on her phone, at some point she was really close to react with eyeroll for basic questions like where is the pool, gym, spa, Candyland , kids zone..
2. We have kids 3 and 5y old , so normally we paid a price for their age. In our room we didn’t had enough beds when we came and when we asked for one extra, cleaning lady insisted on giving us a crib 😁 eventhough, no kid can fit into one she kept insisting. The first extra bed they gave us, was broken and not safe, but eventually they replaced him.
3. The view was horrible - the fire escape stairs was just outside the room. If someone wanted without any effort he could enter our room from terrasse. Each morning we had noice from maintainance vehicles. The room was located near the part of the hotel where is a slight slope. So you need to add gas to climb the vehicle :)
4. Kids toilet adapter - it does not exists in whole Vogue hotel! Not one! We got potty. We didn’t belive it, so we reached out to the reception desk several times, answer was the same. They don’t have it in the hotel.
5. Hotel staff - i don’t know is it a hotel policy or what, but waiters at the restourant are really rushing to clean the table , to take out the plates no matter if you are still eating. My friend was literally cutting the last piece of meet and waiter was standing waiting to take it as soon as she puts it in her mouths. Towels are rapidly taken from sunbeds, jouices, waters… everything. If you sip your water, and go somewhere be sure it will not wait for you when you come back. At some point we made a comment they will throw us away together with drinks and towels😂
6. Kids shows, zone - kids were not interested in being there, events were nothing much. We went there several times and give up, we remained indifferent.
7. Dino park - it was closed :) by their words there was a plan to renovate during summer and that was the reason for closure. Park was open, dinos in very bad condition and not working. This was t One of the main reasons why we came here with 2 boys, but no one informed us up front. So dissapointment was huge.
All in all not worth given money, we were in Antalya, Tekirova several times and expirience was at a much higher level with less invested money.

We had very high expectations for this hotel as most of our family members went to this hotel couple of times but this year no one was happy with the service. We paid £5k for four of us, the hotel it self is lovely pools etc specially candy land we loved it, but the service is terrible you don’t get what you paid for, no one is around to order drinks around the pool or beach you physically have to hunt for them or need to get to the bar yourself.
Rooms : not clean enough they tidy it up every day but floor is not mopped or hoovered, mini fridge in the room ours did not get filled everyday we had to report it even then we didn’t get drinks terrible. Bath towels were clean but the smell was horrible
Food : same food everywhere, 24/7 pizza and chips main restaurant you can’t find a table to seat specially us with two toddlers it was crazy no staff helped us to find a table even when we did we had to clean our self, drinks you ask for it comes after you finish your food and fizzy drinks you are blessed if you get a coke or Fanta that’s actually fizzy. No clean cutlery I had to wipes ours before we used it.
Staff: un happy staff!! Reception was ok tried to help us but when you complain you don’t get anywhere. Staff wasn’t happy to help with anything but always was waiting for a tip.
Over our family members and us we did not enjoy the hotel service food and etc but the hotel itself was lovely pools views beach specially candy land

The location and aesthetics of Hotel Vogue in Bodrum are undeniably beautiful, providing a picturesque backdrop for any vacation. However, the service leaves much to be desired.
At the pools, the staff rarely offer to take drink orders, leaving guests to walk long distances for refreshments. The rooms are located far from the main building, adding to the inconvenience. Guests are only allowed to dine at the à la carte restaurant once, and the buffet offers the same dishes daily, lacking variety.
Although the hotel advertises itself as “ultra all-inclusive,” be aware that in Candyland, you have to pay for everything. Two small milkshakes cost €31, and the trampoline costs €15, which seems exorbitant. Additionally, the prices in the hotel’s shop are outrageous—a simple baby doll, which costs around €10 elsewhere, is priced at €70 here. This feels like an attempt to exploit guests.
Guest relations are unhelpful and unresponsive, especially if you don’t speak Turkish. Overall, despite its beautiful setting, the service and additional costs at Hotel Vogue significantly detract from the experience. I’m currently staying here for a few more days but am looking forward to returning home.

We have been to some of the best Antalya 5 star hotels such as the Delphin BE grand, Titanic, Adalya Elite, Sherwood Exclusive. So I'm comparing this hotel to those 5 star hotels.
Advantages: - Wonderful grounds and up-market decor. Buildings and gardens are all well maintained and spotless. - Great villa style residences with gardens - Rooms have nice beds and very well insulated from noise. - Candyland has over 20 different water slides and caters for all ages. Huge selection of water slides to choose from. This definitely the hotel's USP. - Beach has sand both externally and on sea bed. Lots of sun beds and lovely views of cove. - Great panoramic views of the bay from the cafe in the main building but also from the snack restaurant overlooking beach front.
Disadvantages: - Not a customer friendly hotel. You don't see any staff smiling or enthusiastically engaging with guests at this hotel. There is a distinct lack of human interaction between staff/guests. - Hotel also seems to run on a skeleton crew in October, as there are not enough staff around. For example there are no lifeguards supervising general pool areas. No staff circulating to ask guests if they want a drink etc. - There are no food kiosks with snacks around pool or beach area like in other hotels. - There is a snack restaurant opposite beach area which only offers a choice of 8 food options, but has no buffet as they are evidently trying to save money. The quality of the food there is terrible and we had to walk back up to main restaurant. - In general the quality of the food is nowhere as good as the other hotels I mentioned above. Even the range of options is much reduced in comparison. - Evening events scheduled in the theater at 10pm are by far the worse we have ever experienced. For example, some nights there isn't even a performance, but just music being played from speakers. - Fridges in public areas are sparse and therefore difficult for guests to easily get bottled water and soft drinks. No public water fountains with drinking water. Another cost cutting strategy. - Only one small external pool is heated (approximately 20m in length). No internal pool available.
Overall I would say that if the hotel had better customer service and better quality food it would be worthy of a 5 star hotel.

Couldn't help but write an impression of this hotel so that people who love good and quality hotels would never choose it , unfortunately I made such a mistake and didn't even read the reviews before choosing and although I should have.... I always choose hotels with good service and believe that you can overpay for a holiday and feel human, but this hotel is high only price and beautiful territory. That's where the positive ends. We've been placed in a room without hot water and basic supplies, which should be in a five-star hotel. But the worst part was ahead: it's a restaurant that can't be called a restaurant and a beach. The restaurant is a dining room with dirty and sticky tables and dishes, after it you have to wash your hands. No service at all! No one comes near you, and when you go looking for drinks, you find there's a shortage of cups and glasses or they're dirty. It's impossible to sit at a table as crowds of people and screaming children occupy all the tables. This problem is not solved by anyone, there is not even a hall administrator who helps in such cases to find a table. The beach is like Sochi: sunbeds on top of each other, there are no seats, but a bunch of towel-filled sunbeds and again no one solves this problem... the next day I approached a representative of the tour operator Anex to help change the hotel with a surcharge, but it is almost impossible. Anex ignores all requests although according to the representative 90 percent of tourists want to leave there , but nobody cares. And the sender Anex provides information that you can only pay for a new hotel and no one guarantees a return for the old hotel, and the representative in the hotel voices that we need to bring 4000 euros and the problem will be solved. Which is included in this amount no one can answer. It's a mess! Next, I decided to act on my own and asked to arrange a meeting with the hotel manager. When I met, I was refused a hotel exchange and offered to eat in a la carte and on the beach use an individual boar . I turned down the a la carte restaurant because there was a limited number of dishes and we agreed to eat at a nearby cafe and have food at the main restaurant. And so went the whole vacation with plates from one restaurant to another... to the Anex, the hotel manager gave a completely different information that was not true. And the next day we found out the manager was a different person! So imagine the level of organization and managers in this hotel, what service there is! It's like a Turkish market. No animation though the hotel is aimed at children, my daughter always went to the mini club in all hotels and here she was not interested at all. Not only that, but animators, when awarding kids in the evening, can just forget about the kid and nobody cares about it...
It's a shame that with such beautiful territory and a stunning water park, these are the managers and service.
Total disappointment and ruined vacation...

Check in: we arrived just before 2 pm which is their normal check in timing , unfortunately we had to wait about 2 hours to get checked in ( not much information or anything was offered) the kids were hungry and tired but no one advised if there was a place we can eat while they arrange the room for us. The first room we got had a problem with the air condition and a big mix up happened we were then hours later moved to another room. Gulzet was very helpful and understanding in sorting out the problem with the rooms. However our first day was completed wasted due to the problem with the rooms we had to unpack and pack again very inconvenient. Swimming pools: very clean we stayed by the infinity pool most of the time as the view from there is stunning, the other pools were nice too. Service around the pool is great, the roller skate waiter was friendly polite and always coming around to check if we needed anything. Main restaurant: very bad service, tables so busy and weren’t ready set , we sometimes had to go find cutlery drinks napkins ourselves. The food in the main restaurant wasn’t great either, there was lots of varieties but just the quality wasn’t good. Restaurant by the pool: there are two restaurants one fast food the other was more of a sit down we used that mostly the service very slow orders get mixed up but generally the food was nice once you get it. Beach: again clean but very very busy. Overall cleanliness of the entire resort is brilliant, we saw a cleaner by the toilets at around 11 pm mopping and cleaning so that was quite impressive. Aqua park: dream come true to any kid or really adult , fun slides not much queues and just lovely place to be. Kids club and entertainment: we never really used it but looking at the time table it looked that there was so much to do. Overall, we had quite bad start to our holiday as the room issue was very upsetting and we were told many different stories before the issue was sorted. Generally the hotel is super busy, and I think more staff needed the services were so slowly. I’ve been to bodrum before but stayed in a different resort that was more exclusive. But having candyland and the aqua park made a difference as the kids really enjoyed it.

We came to this hotel last year had a wonderful time so rebooked again this year as a family of 4 for 10nights. However completely different experience…. We had our towels moved at the water park by a group of Russians who had paid extra for the villa so had different towels and extra luxury's.. I watched them be moved so kindly said we was sitting there would you mind picking our towels up and putting them back on our beds they was so rude said no and called management. Management wouldn’t even listen to anything we said and asked us to move altogether our children was crying and management simply didn’t care because money talks in this place. Over the last 2 years we have spent £18,000 at this place and won’t be returning. Awful experience so so rude.

Yes the food drinks ice cream all included at candy land/water park during the day on the all inclusive. The only thing I remember paying for was the popcorn at the funfair in the evening.
I saw your message very late. I apologize for that. Yes, branded alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are offered free of charge. The variety is very good. There is service to the sunbeds. Breakfast and dinner are very good. Especially the dinner is magnificent. Also the steak house and Italian Alacarte restaurants are first class. I wish you a good holiday.
