Location is accessible. Poor internet connection. Room cleaning service is not efficient and prompt. No room cleaning was made despite hanging the “make my bed” sign. So I need to inform the recep to have it clean the next day. Good enough when we get back to our room, it’s already clean. But, they provided only one bottled water. They provided two towels only. They should be aware of how many persons are staying in the room so that they know how many towels, bottled water, toiletries and extra linens to provide especially if they bill extra fee for the extra person staying in the room.

Stayed here last on April 2021 because of its location. Easily accessible to everything. The price range of shops nearby (food, services etc) can go to real cheap to reasonable to expensive. In this pandemic you could just easily book delivery services so this range offers you a sense of freedom, at least.

The facility itself is pleasant. Shows wear and tear but are clean. For the price per night, I'd say it is reasonable.

The staff was helpful and polite. Appreciate their prompt delivery of hot water every time I request. Their disclosure on the hotel's restrictions upon booking was a help. (This is used as a quarantine facility of ROF&OFWs).

Something for improvement: I had a 1-inch full thickness cut on my arm because of a motor cycle's plate number which was park close to the ramp exit. Appreciate the assistance & support from the staff. Though it will be great to keep the medkit updated (there was no betadine) & a prompt response for safety. I asked your staff to call the attention of the owner or adjust the position of that vehicle so to prevent another incident but I didn't notice they acted.

Thank you for the stay! Keep safe!

Not pleasant experience.
For all their inefficiencies the staff justify saying they are "budget hotel", but the price is way far from a budget Hotel.
A quarantine Hotel should be equipped for who need to "live" in a room, in first if with a little child. No mini-fridge, no chair, no chance to prepare hot-water by yourself (we had to pay a delivery for our own boiler from our house to the Hotel), rooms are old and little.
Staff is gentle and there is a good wi-fi.
We had many outages as long time waiting for the payment because no connection with their POS, Aircon broken, misunderstanding on the bed type. Long story short, we had to transfer room 3 times.
We spent there 10 days with a child and we were forced to eat on a minuscule table or on the bed, being constantly careful to don't stain the blankets since the staff gently told us to pay penalty in case of stain on the blanket or sheets.
My opinion: only for short stay and definitely not for Quarantine.

This Go Hotel is the worst we’ve ever experienced: we will not ever return, and will discourage anyone from coming here!
Not only is it in one of the worst ‘red light’ districts of the NCR, it’s poorly managed in the evening: it’s so bad that it seems that they enjoy making the traveler’s visit bad!

How?

Not giving us the senior discount on some flimsy excuse that the morning staff corrected the next morning with little problem. On the 3rd night with the same staff they shafted us again, and wouldn’t even let us in the room without paying ahead of time with the same reasons. Reported them before, but maybe they just listen and then have a good laugh together behind our backs (caught them doing it to our faces the first altercation!).

We had to change our room after the first night that was interrupted by noisy neighbours on both sides: not only are the walls almost paper thin, we could clearly hear lovers on one side in the midnight, and talkers/TV/coughers through the wall on the other. A room disaster. Moved to a better room the next night, and slept well, but on the 3rd night more noise on the one wall that we were neighbouring (other side had the stairwell). In general Go-Hotels in Dumaguete and Iloilo don’t have the problem!

The breakfast is not complimentary as it is at Manila Lotus Hotel down the street: they charge the same for a walk-in (300p), and it’s just not very good!

It’s reported that the internet connection is bad, but that is normal for most hotels in all the country. We carry our own router with us wherever we go and is decent, but trying to get good signal in the hotels are not all that good. Should be excellent, but I guess they follow all the others who just do not buy enough band width to make is even only okay.

This GO HOTEL?

Dont bother. Go down the street to Lotus for much better everything, but pre-book so that you can get a room? Corner Padre Faura and Mabini.

Skip this junker. Looks nice but decidely is not.

Im not really sure if you consider this as a hotel. I have been in a lot of places staying in different hotels but this is one of a kind. I will list down what I think is disadvantages and advantages in staying in this place. The disadvantages: no fridge, no electric kettle, no drinking glass or cups, slow to no internet, very old towels, walls and door are thin that you can hear your neighbor or people in the corridor what they are doing or talking about, employees talking loudly on the corridors as early as 6 am to as late as 12 mn, bathroom doors needs lubrication as it squeak when you open. The advantages: strong aircondition, hot and cold water in the bathroom, no cockroaches, toiletries available (shampoo and soap) though i havent used them since i always bring my own, clean and comfortable beds and pillows, tight security, easy check-in and check-out and walking distance to Robinsons Manila. Note: I have requested to queen size bed but was given twin beds, you need to request if your room requires cleaning, hot water is available at the ground floor for a certain period, bottled water is available for free upon request.

The room was clean, did not see any bugs. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean.
I liked that they allowed my family to drop off food for me coz other hotels I inquired from didn’t allow this. Hotel doesn’t have any food service but you could order for delivery or have fam bring food. Wish that the room had a small fridge or a hot pot which were not available but they were very accomodating about bringing a pot of hot water upon request but make sure you have a thermos which is not provided. All the staff were pleasant and polite. They are very strict about not leaving the room and really adheres to protocol.

We had an overnight stay at Go Hotels Ermita after our trip to Manila Ocean Park. The location is very accessible, with walking distance to Robinsons Ermita. Staffs are accommodating. With free wifi and the air conditioning unit is working well. However, the cleanliness of the room must be improved. The room given to us smells like molds instead of fresh linens. Molds in the bathroom are also very visible. We tried to move the bed and saw some some dirt beneath the bed. Only 1 soap, tissue and 2 small bottles of shampoo were given, no slippers, no oral care kit so you better bring your own toiletries.

Below are my pros and cons on this branch of go hotels:

Pros:
1) Excellent location. Nearby to some of the tourist attractions, malls and a lot of restaurants to choose from so you will not go hungry in this location unless you don't have money.
2) Universal outlet. A plus to those who came from other countries especially foreigners.
3) Clean and nice bed compared to other cheap hotels.
4) aircon is good. It's not old and the room is cold.
5) Great staffs and customer service.
6) Budget friendly

Cons:
1) I'm sorry but the room assigned to me is not clean. I don't have slippers so I noticed that the floor is a bit greasy like it was not mopped properly. The shower area needs some serious scrubbing! You could see the accumulated dirt on those tiles (floor and walls). Ceiling has cobwebs and molds already. Considering that this branch is one of the quarantine facilities, this needs some improvement.
2) Walls are really thin and you can really hear the room next to yours when they're talking. I thought that was just an exaggeration until I experienced it.
3) Only one access card so if you want to leave, you need to bring it since it's needed to use the elevator to go up. This means that you cannot leave your phone/powerbank to charge for 2 hours. Other branch gave two access card.
4) No electric kettle and mug.
5) Towels are a bit old like maybe they can replace those that need some stitches at the hem part.
6) Doors are difficult to open and close. You need to push/pull it a bit hard for it to close properly.

The doors are difficult to open and close which made me and my family feel unsecured. The keycards are also not working right when we used it in the elevator. We needed to call the reception so they can fetch us at our floor to the 2nd floor then transfer to another elevator to get to the ground floor. We called for an extra towel because the room was only provided with one while there's 3 of us in the room, but none came until we checked out. The shower area has molds and room ceilings with cobwebs. We paid for Php 100 parking fee for a sidewalk parking along Mabini St. They have a parking slot at level 2 but was not offered for use despite the fact that its almost empty. We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and will not come back anymore.
