Need to watch the bottle plug cleanliness though. mine have sort of lichen. Big window view directly across HSBC bank building in very visible distance. The security staff were very kind and willingly helped me carry my heavy and large luggage.
The front staff also responded to my requests and problems with a smile, and really helped me out a lot. Sherine responded quickly when I was in trouble because I forgot my room key card in the room and I couldn't get into the room.
Breakfast was included, so I used Cafe Mint every morning, and the staff were friendly and greeted me and made me happy.
I often made requests to the cleaning staff, and they always responded in a cheerful and gentlemanly manner.
Thank you for all your help over the past month. Thank you very much.

This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars, half star is enough for it. There were leaking from the ceiling and they took a long time to fix it and they kept the water on the floor and carpet, even they didn't change the room.
The second thing they have the worst menu. The food seldom is cold and they don't have a different meal (most of the time only chicken with rice).

The food is amazing, the staff especially breakfast team was awesome. The bed is comfy, everything in the room work perfectly. However the receptionist doesn’t know how to redeem my Booking.com wallet, so instead of saving 50RM like the apps offered, i have to pay full price.

I had a great stay in this hotel, the room was clean and very comfortable. The location is also very practical, in the middle of Chinatown and next to public transportation. My check in was not the smoothest as the website I had made my reservation on did not mention that the room I had originally booked was window-less. However, the staff were kind enough to upgrade me to a room with windows and were very understanding and helpful. Thank you to Shereen and Prim for their amazing help!

I stayed at Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur for one night during KLSCM 2023, and it turned out to be a good choice. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Dataran Merdeka, which made attending the marathon event a breeze.

I think it is 24 hour check in. I have checked in at 2 am before but I agree email hotel to advise your expected arrival time.
Sorry I would not know whether this hotel has a minimum age. But the minimum age in Malaysia is 18, so I guess if you are 18 and above one could check in unaccompanied.
How far from the airport is the hotel and how long does it take to get there and what would it. Cost
You can catch bus from airport klia express shuttle service for central station.Fair is 12 R per adult.Then u take lrt from central station to maszid zamek lrt station cost 2R per adult.Cosmo hotel is walking distance from maszid zamek lrt station,it takes only 3minutes to reach.
