Element is not your typical hotel, for one it's supposed to be the longer stays category, but that didn't stop us from staying for one night here for staycation.

Check in was hassle-free and right away was given room on level 51, among the top floors of this property. And the view from the room was nothing short of amazing.

I ordered Penang Fried Koay Teow which was of good price and delicious.

One of the highlights of this property is the indoor re required to book their slots first, which was a good thing. We ended up having the whole pool for ourselves later on.

Stayed here for two nights with my friend right before New Years!! The rooms are luxurious, and modern chic. The gentleman that checked us in gave us a view upgrade so I got gaze at Petronas Tower and the other sparkly buildings during the time I was in my room.
Breakfast buffet was very tasty and had a great variety and food at the restaurant was pretty reasonable for dinner. Great service by all whom I came in contact with.
My favorite activity to at the hotel was the pool. Sadly the Elements pool is indoors but has STUNNING views while you swim!!There were three is us at the pool just gazing at the view from the end of pool. BREATHTAKING!
I always ask myself if I would stay at a hotel again and my answer for The Element was an overwhelming yes! I love this place!! Thanks for perfection!! By the way the hotel is a killer value at less than $100 US a night including breakfast and heavenly view!!!
I was not in love with the location of this hotel but a $2 taxi ride put you in point blank city center so that was good enough for me.

Stayed here with my husband during the CMCO. As a platinum member, the hotel had very kindly upgraded us to their one bedroom suite. The suite was extremely huge with a very well equipped kitchen (pots, pans, plates etc). You could totally have a cooking party in this room. The only unfortunate thing about this room was the view. Our windows were blocked by the building facade and hence despite being on a very high floor, our view was severely limited. Gym was tiny but well equipped. Not forgetting the amazing view from the gym. Breakfast selection was slightly limited and guests had to walk around to get the food which was not great in hindsight in view of the current pandemic.

Overall, a fairly decent stay. Will I return? Maybe when the pool reopens.

Dear Dr Diana Lim, Thank you very much for taking the time in sharing your experience with us. Nothing pleases us more than to read that our guests enjoyed their Element experience. A pillar in the suite would definitely dither your stay experience. Hence, upon your next stay, please drop us an email at Nurul.Hidayah@elementhotels.com so we can arrange a better suite accordingly. We value your feedback on the breakfast selection and we are looking at this matter seriously. Rest assured, we will continuously monitor our service quality and ensure it improves over time. From Ampang Park LRT station, it is about 2 minutes walk to the hotel. It is located at Menara Ilham, a tall black glass panel tower block, a stone throw from Intercontinental Hotel. It took us about 10 minutes walk to KLCC.

Reception counter is located at the 40th floor. Check-in is simple and fast. Needed to pay a deposit of RM500 upfront. Balance refunded upon check-out. Stayed at Double Studio room RM349.80 (all taxes) with breakfast for 2. It was at 42nd floor with a panoramic view of KL skylines.

Room is clean and big. Perhaps, formerly it was a condo apartment, the facilities include microwave oven, washing basin with 2 taps – washing and drinking, iron, safe deposit box and other normal hotel amenities. Wifi speed was fast. It was a comfortable stay.

Bathroom and toilet are clean and functional. Drainage of water is a little slow. Toothbrush and shaver provided with inhouse shampoo and shower lotion.

The gym and pool are located at the 39th floor. Quite a big gym with well-maintained exercise machines. The indoor pool was small. Unfortunately it was closed for maintenance.

Breakfast is served at the Trace restaurant at the 40th floor. It is a big spread with different counters like egg, noodle and so on. Local and international cuisine. The papaya served was over ripen. I liked the sambal chilli of the nasi lemak.

My favourite hotel for quiet weekend staycation and I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite this time around. Check in on 40th Floor and rooms are on higher floors. Spectacular views of the surroundings. I especially love the comfy bed. Room is fully equipped with, fridge, microwave, tableware & cutlery, pantry sink and clean water from tap. Love it!

Staff was courteous and polite, all the way from the bellboy at the ground floor, to the receptionist at 40th floor, to the butler service, to the friendliest chef ❤️

The studio skyline room was comfortably sized, would prefer a one bedroom suite due to the bathtub but the suite with skyline view was fully booked. Anyhow, room was sparkling clean, well equipped with equipments & utensils, love the microwave especially. Love how well lit the room is and how thoughtful the hotel staff is to place a junior bed for my boy, he was thrilled to see his the little space set up for him ❤️

Buffet at Trace was generally nice, dining with a view, love the ambience. Food variety could be improved, but not a big problem because the food quality was good.

Money to value wise was only ok for me, as we paid double to stay in new year eve (hoping to see fireworks but major fireworks were cancelled due to covid-19).

Generally we had a pleasant stay in Element Kuala Lumpur and definitely would return ❤️

one thing that this hotel really got it right is having ALL its staffs providing friendly service to guests...from the concierge to the reception and to the day manager all were polite and friendly to us. And best of all my request for a room with KLCC view and for early check in was complied without problem EXCELLENT! no complaint at all about the modern design and room facilities all are up to expectation of this class of hotel. My only wish is they can provide complimentary parking instead of charging daily rate. I will definitely return to this wonderful hotel and keep up the good and friendly service as that is the winning factor for any hotel in my opinion.

Maybe it’s cause if COVID 19 pandemic, driving hotel prices to lowest possible, but I thought that the prices for one night with a great view of the twin towers was really worth spending.

Not to mention that the bed was up to the Sheraton old standards - firm and yet incredibly soft to sink in with pleasure.

There was a little misunderstanding at check in when I was told they have room services, but I found out in the morning wasn’t available for breakfast, which I was craving for.

Anyway, the breakfast buffet was work the money.

I stayed here twice, and on my 2nd stay, i was upgraded to a room with better view, with some sweets & a lovely welcome card from the Front Office Manager waiting for me in the room. I thought that was a really nice touch.
The room has always been spacious & comes with its own mini kitchen with a microwave, washing sink & plates/bowls. Makes it convenient to prep a simple meal in the room.
The staff are also very kind & welcoming. They go out of their ways to make you feel welcomed.
Perhaps the only thing I didnt quite like was the positioning of the hand bidet at the toilet which for some strange reasons is placed on the left side of the toilet (instead of right side). Makes me wonder, how to hold the bidet & clean yourself with the left hand, unless you want to clean with your right hand (which culturally is not so appropriate).
But that small matter aside, I have always enjoyed my time at the Element and will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights.
Satisfied with the service and room. Our room was on the 47th floor ( lobby & coffee hse was on the 40th floor)

The hotel looks new and very clean. Service was good and fast.

Since we were all matured ladies, and lazy to eat out; we were happy to see the kitchenette.

The Kitchenette was well equipped to cook meals for a big family.

There was a Medium sized refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a 4 burner induction cooker ( electrolux) , a coffee maker,
A kettle, plates, bowls and mugs & cutlery for 4 persons. 1 chopping board, 2 knives, ladle and spatula, dishwashing liquid & sponge, a pot and a frying pan. There was also a dishwasher.
There was a Washing machine cum dryer as well.
The only thing missing was a Rice cooker!

The suite was huge and there was a 3 seater sofa , with a coffee table and stool. Dining had 4 chairs.

The 2 Bathrooms were clean and they gave us 6 towels.

Food served at the cafe was excellent and delicious.

We will definitely repeat our stay here.
