The food is very great! The ramen tastes authentic, the beef is very tender, the meat is perfectly marinated, the dessert does the cherry on top for everything we've eaten. It is perfect to eat out here especially when there is an occassion with family and friends. The service is also the best! They make sure that you become satisfied while you eat! Jowie De Leon is also a great person with a great sense of humor to keep you entertained as you dine! Overall I would come back here again and again.

Since Makati Shangri-La closed down, our family looked for a worthy alternative to Circles and Inagiku. We tried all hotels in the area, and we were able to find our new favorite. Cafe 1288 offers perfectly grilled rib eye steak, blue marlin, pork belly. They also cook butter garlic or chili crabs, prawns and mussels. Of course the salmon sashimi, various sushi, and tempura are of the highest quality. Other Asian specialties are also cooked to perfection. I particularly liked the laksa and dimsum. Our favorite dessert is the cashew nut tart. Not too sweet, but definitely delectable. We were well served by Jowie de Leon! We look forward to visiting Cafe 1288 at least twice a month 😀

It’s been awhile since I have traveled to PI, i intentionally book a room for a few day here at NWMH mainly to relax after 2 and a half years of not traveling due to COVID. I did this to ensure I had some “me time” before I got on a plane and back to work. Best thing I ever did. I would definitely stay here again Steve from Guam

Celebrated my husband's birthday with their couple's package at the Residence Club room. Positive: Staff everywhere are kind, courteous and attentive. Great hospitality! Hotel is nice and clean. Great price for the package. Simple but tasty food in the Residence Club lounge area. They sent us a birthday cake and cheese platter with wine to our room. So thoughtful! I like their room toiletries. Complimentary early check in and late check out. Fast wifi all over the hotel. Needs Improvement: Door closures from the other rooms are loud especially in the early morning. Room is smaller than expected. Weird smell from their shower enclosure. Best to let water flow out for a few minutes. Pillows and mattress should be replaced. Collapsed already and felt uncomfortable to sleep on. Felt a bit sore instead of relaxed from the massage. Therapist did not follow soft massage request. Overall, we enjoyed our stay 🙂 Will definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family. Thanks for making this special occasion memorable!…
