I sat in Ascott Makatti Residence last month for about 24 days. I really enjoyed my stay there interms of location, security, house keeping and staff cooperation. Special thanks to Mara from house keeping staff and mr. Allen from restaurant section for well done help and services as usual. Special thanks for the Security teams for their honesty in their work and welcoming me all the time passing by them. Special thanks for reception staff for their cooperation. Had a chance to meet the staff from the restaurant during breakfast. The experience was complete because they were extra friendly. Adrian, Allan and their supervisor went the extra mile. They were very helpful. Thats why we always choose to stay here everytime we go for a short staycation. Everything is smooth from parking to check in and check out. Will be seeing you again soon.

Very good customer service, especially Sir PJ of front desk, and Sir Sam of resto, and the other employees too. The room is also very comfortable and clean. Try the coffee from the resto breakfast. Thank you very much!:))

Every time we go home to the Philippines, we stay here before flying back to US. We have been staying at Ascott Makati since 2015. All is good, walking distance to a lot of things to do ... but this year, (we stayed from July 1-4) we noticed that there wear & tear with their bathrooms, showing aging. Also, their breakfast buffet is OK - unlike before it was more than OK. Overall, I would still stay here - but would prefer bathrooms etc to be updated.

Aldy (check-in), Ariel (15th fl housekeeping), and Candice (Mesclun) provided topnotch service. Aldy made the check-in process very smooth and pleasant, she was sincere and she followed through with her promise to give a cake to my nephew who had just had a birthday, and Aldy (along with another colleague) even personally delivered the cake to our room. That was a nice touch to an excellent first time at Ascott. The free water is also much appreciated. Rooms were spacious and clean, and I didn't want to leave! The staff are approachable, it felt like home. Thank you for all that you do.

There are lot of things to say. Smooth Check in process with warm welcome. Amazing and sumptous breakfast. Housekeeping are Staff amicable like Rose and Gerlie. We met Supervisor Ryan along the way who makes our stay more personalize and making sure that his staff are taking care of us. Room is pristine and hygienic. This small gesture makes us feel that the hotel is setting standard not just to met guest expectations but meeting beyond. Commendable place to stay.

Great service! Nice place with warm people. Place is near shopping malls . Delicious and a wide array of food during breakfast. The personnel here were the best. To sum it all, we had an excellent stay. Kudos to Randy, Marvyn, Mawen and Robert for always assisting us.
