Stayed in Room 517. Initially when we checked in at 3pm, room smelt a bit weird, told myself cos the floor was still damp from recent mopping, maybe the floor soap smelt weird.
Opened the bathroom door, there was a foul stench. Told my friend it's okay, maybe temporarily.
Went out and came back at night, the whole room smelt of heavy smoke smell! Like someone smoked in our room. Then we opened the bathroom door, very strong cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom. I feel it has something to do with the ventilation that brings smells into the bathroom. (Strange as they told us there would be a RM800 penalty for smoking in the rooms)
Other than that, bed and room is fine, except the TV channels has no Nat Geo/Fox sports as advertised but only Malaysian free channels.
View is partly of the beach and parking is somewhat limited.
Would stay again only if there is no foul smell in the toilet/room.

Recently, joined this bootcamp organized by our principle Nutanix on last 15th January until 17th January 2020.
Basically, this hotel was located somewhere in Beserah and suitable to those who want to have a pleasant holiday with family. Facing in front of Shell Station (ada Ayamas kioks), local restaurant and 15 mins drive to Telok Chempedak.
Everything was perfect, the food was tasty, the room are very comfortable except for their toilet. Since this is Bootcamp, I had to stay with someone which someone new to me and from other company. The problem that we are having is the toilet. I do hope that the management of this Hotel will do something with the glass door. Maybe the management can put something in between of the door so that we can have our own sweet time in toilet otherwise people from that room can see clearly what we are doing in the toilet or can see clearly while we are seating on the toilet bowl.
So far, the foods for our lunch, tea time, breakfast was perfect but not to our BBQ.

This hotel located about 10km from Kuantan City. There are lots of warung/cafe nearby thus not to concern should you want to have your lunch or dinner.Local dishes.
We took seaview bedroom with 2 king size beds. The only room available when i make the booking for me & wife.
The room is spacious & seaview is lovely. Just few meter away behind the hotel is the beach. I don’t see many people swimming since the water is yellowish colour (about 5 meter from the shore).
We enjoy watching fisherman go to the sea.A tractor take the boat to the shore. You need to be at the beach around 6.40 am to watch the event.
Breakfast is so-so. Not too bad not too good. Acceptable to full your stomach.
If you preffer hotel with pool, this is not for you. Overall we are happy to stay here.

The good thing about this hotel is that the Secrurity Guard is helpful than the other workers there and the shower gel smells good. Other than that, trust me, you can get a better hotel with this price. The hotel itself is built in 2015, 6 years ago. However, it feels and looks like it built decades ago. They did not maintain it well. House keeper did not do well in the job for hygiene purpose. There’s lots of stains! The blanket has a yellow stains, pillow has stains and curtain also dirty with stains again. Toilet floor was slippery, the house keeper did not wash away the soap on the floor and I fell down and knocked my hand on the glass door’s handle. Now my hand got a big bruise. Wardrobe inside the room is dirty and the too of the rack is falling halfway. Fridge also rusty and dirty. Hotel lobby’s sofa also full of stains. Couldn’t imagine how can nobody take action on maintaining the hotel when the problems are so obvious there even Secrurity guard also complaint the colleagues to me.

The room has a very musty smell when you walk in. The bed sheets have stains all over. Not only that, the fridge has brownish stains all over on the inside. The water glass and cup are not properly cleaned. The basin has leakage and water was sipping through from the bottom to the floor. The walls between my room (505) were so thin that I can literally hear next door couples moaning and bed banging on the walls late into the night. The public space in the lobby is so dirty that you can see used face mask being left on the sofa seating area from the afternoon until the next day morning and no staffs could be bothered to clean up the area. The staffs are also not bothered to wear masks when attending to the guests. Definitely would not recommend this place for others. Not worthwhile.

On honeymoon trip . Felt sad on the bad experience at this hotel. Housekeeping: bad Found hair and stains and dust on the bedsheet, duvet cover and the pillow case. Smells bad. Bad hospitality. Dont deserve 3star hotel Hot shower ❌ Leaking pipe in the toilet Non swept room Housekeeping only until 5. Bad service Near to beach . Clean Will not repeat stay.

The worst hotel . dont be foed by the beautiful pictures in Agoda. Its worst in real life. Only good thing about it was the location. I stayed in the family suite. Cleanliness was so bad The aC was 2hp but it was not cold at all and im guessing its due to the ac seldon being service. The bedsheeets , the floor.. u name it.. was so untidy.
It was such a bad experienced that i only stayed for 2 hours and i decided to check out and went home.
What a disaster.

Environment is so old. I think those photos should be from the start, Trip Advisor also have responsibility to go and spot check all hotels in your list. Please review all hotel rooms and update latest look. Breakfast and service are bad too.

For 173RM per night including breakfast for 2, I think it was worth every penny.
There is housekeeping services everyday to clean the room and give clean towels.
The room is pretty quite considering the hotel faces the main road.
The breakfast, although basic is tasty with a couple of options, and you won’t be starving once done.

Having family room. Room clean and facing sea view. 2 toilets and room are huge. 2 queen bed. Basis amenities given. Limited TV channel. Should include basis TV channel as TV1 TV2 and TV3 at least. Breakfast can be improved. Taste wise so so. May consider to add more breakfast items.
