The location, easy to access with hotel parking. The surrounding shop and facilities - lot for shop, restaurant and etc.

The staff is friendly, the room - we take family room, its spacious with a very wide glass window to view kuantan city very nice.

The bed cleanliness, it's clean and comfy bed, but need to improve more.

Room cleanliness, there is certain area maybe there forget to swipe.

TV channel need to improve more on quality and Verity of channel.

Over all from my family - we will come again to stay at this hotel for sure.

If u check the trip advisor, it shows breakfast included but after u make booking at agoda then it will show no breakfast. Actually the hotel is not providing buffet breakfast anymore.

It’s better to stay at AC hotel which is previously Vistana hotel and the different is only rm25 per night.

For you all guys, my suggestion is check the details because many hotels change their way of doing business due to Covid19. Get the information directly from hotel. Some website is not giving the latest information about the hotel.

It's in a strategic spot - right in town and got its own car parks.
All it needs is maintenance and upkeep.

Lobby cum breakfast area
1. needs to be cooler if kept enclosed but to have ventilation to remove food smells.
2. To create cosy

Lifts - floors still covered by plywood?

Room
1. sheets got stain & found hair under the cover
2. can't watch any channels on TV as the reception are bad
3. Wall badly repaired
4. Toilet smells, in between tiles dirty
5. Safe and Fridge in toilet!
6. Smell in room too
7. Pillows covers are yellow & smelly.

This hotel is not located at the main road yet sometimes there is a traffic jam due to the fact it is near a shopping mall. The room is spacious enough, clean and quiet. Since I am on the 4th floor, I dont get to enjoy the city view

Love this hotel. Booked the family room for about SGD70 per night. Cheap right???
Room is so spacious with one queen or king size bed and two single beds. Toilet is big with a walk in wardrobe which is very convenient since we are sharing room with our parents.

Room is very clean. Bed is good and comfortable. Breakfast is ok with limited choice of food. But considering the price of the room, u can't complain much. I love it that the room is not carpeted. It makes the room cleaner and somehow doesn't smell of wet carpet. U know what I mean?

Location wise... Since we drove, it doesn't matter for us. Opposite the hotel is Mydin supermarket. I don't recall seeing any eateries around. There's a shop selling Muslim head scarfs. Also very cheap but he service is no good.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Location ok ok. Price very very good. Room huge. You can actually put in two more single beds in the room. Just imagine the size!!!

Will definitely stay there again if I go Kuantan.

Generally, the hotel is very spacious but it seems the interior design of the hotel didn't consider to fully use the space that they have. It looks empty when u stepped in to the hotel.

When checked in, there is no smile on the face, no ' thanks you' worlds and no guidance on where is the lift to the room.

The room is very big. In fact for deluxe room, there are two big beds in the room. The room design a little bit unusual for me cause the coffee bar and the safety box is in the room together with washroom. The washroom is very big.

There is only one socket near to working table and it already occupied by the lamp. You might need to bring own electric socket if u need the plugin for laptop.

Cleanliness in the room need to be improved. There are stains found in the cups and the towel is smelly. WIFI is very very slow.

Breakfast in the morning is very basic. Not much choices can be found. Not many restaurants nearby but you can find few mamak stalls. Mydin supermarket just opposite the hotel and Maybank is near by too. If you want to go to bigger mall, then it is quite far away.

Put up a night at this new hotel in Kuantan (open merely a year). Staff at front desk not friendly, have no courtesy of what a hotel staff should behave. Went up to the room and found it very dusty. It happened that the housekeeping is just outside, so I requested them to clean up and they looked so reluctant including a fat lady who looked like their supervisor. But anyway they did it after they observed us from head to toe. I rented a superior double at level 4, the room is really big with city view. King size bed quite comfortable. Only one side table and the working table is also very dusty. They provide tea making facility but both the drinking mugs are dirty. Bathroom is kind of weird design, tap at wash basin is also weird. Their only plus point is free wifi in the room but not very stable. Breakfast is another flop. They serve cold tea and cold soup, staff there seems don't care a thing. None of their staff know how to smile or greed you with a smile. My conclusion is, this hotel need to upgrade their staff, they need professional training, not anyone can work in a hotel if they don't even know how to smile. This hotel hasgood location, good view, nice property but flop by unprofessional staff and 'empty room'. This hotel has a potential to be a two or three star hotel if they know how to improve on their services and deco in the room.

I was in Kuantan during my routine daughters visit. Stayed there on saturday on 11 April 2015. One night in a family room. I choose this hotel because of its high review. Actually its really nothing wrong except 3 things. 1. Smells came out from the toilet and the whole room really stinking smelly. The management should look in to this problem seriously. 2. Wifi slow and not stable. 2. The breakfast was terrible need a lot of improvement. Other than that the hotel is just OK. Overall, the staffs were helpful. Location is good for one or two nights stay.

Yes. They have indoor parking in the hotel. You can ask the reception counter if not able to find the parking which is at the back of the building.

any parking for big bike
Answer from D_Jekyll
Malaysia3,901 contributions528 helpful votes
Hi Jimmy, I do not recall seeing any parking alloted to big bikes. It was either street parking or the hotel's sheltered parking which was rather limited. But if you are travelling in a small group, am sure you won't be offending anyone by squeezing a couple of bikes into one sedan parking space. Anyway I have included the hotel's telephone number for your reference. Best to check with them to be sure. T: 09-5172000
