Our extended family - 32 pax in total had our family day at this resort last weekend. We had great time here!
This hotel has a number of swimming pools which the kids will surely love. It’s almost like a mini water park. The hotel area are well kept and clean. We had the hotel organised telematch games for our group at a field within the hotel compound. The hotel staffs who organised the games for us were nice, friendly and funny too. It was great fun for us! This hotel is a beachfront hotel but unfortunately, during our stay, the public beach in front of the hotel was quite dirty. Probably because of the high tides and rains.
Since we are still under movement controls because of the Covid19, there’re SOPs which we have to follow but not a problem at all for us. For meals, the hotel organised banquet style serving in a private room for us. That was really nice and made a lot of difference for us. We had BBQ dinner and we were able to have our own talent show since the room is only for our group. The food served buffet style for us and it was delicious!
The hotel is an old hotel but i believe it was recently refurbished. The room are spacious and very clean. But the toilet is quite basic.
At the moment, the hotel is offering very, very good rates. I highly recommend this hotel for large group who would want to have team activities. Many activities can be organised here.

This resort environment is nice. It is located beside the beach. Overall, I give 3.5 out of 5. The wifi connection is strong. The food also quite okay. My family and I do really enjoy our stay cation there.

We booked this hotel with high expectations as the reviews were quite good. This hotel is really old and it definitely needs some maintenance. The room rates were rather cheap compared to others but the facilities were old and needs refurbishing. The bathroom was just OK. The staff were adequate. The whole place was actually kind of dark and gloomy and there weren't many people around. The pool was under maintenance and so we didn't use it although it looked a lot of fun. The seaside was disappointing as it was dirty and muddy. There are really not much things to do at all.....
There's nothing much to like about this hotel except that the rooms were quite clean but we did find some funny stains on the blanket and bed cover.
Overall i think it was an average experience for me and my family. We didn't have the holiday we wanted but it was OK.
The hotel needs to close down for a while, and start renovation again. It could have been a much nicer hotel if they had paid more attention on maintenance.

Loads to complain about this place! I've stayed in so many hotels (some budget even) all over the country and this is by far the worst! We called to place our booking for 3 "deluxe" rooms which cost RM240/night (very expensive for the kind of rooms we got!). Upon arrival, the hotel looked rundown, old and terribly unkept. Our towels arrived close to 6pm the first day, reason being they were having problems with their laudry service(??). Front desk service was ok, but a few cleaner personnel were rude and had really bad attitude. All our rooms smelled musty, shower only had luke warm water, towels and blankets had holes in them, electric kettle was rusty, everything served at the breakfast buffet besides the beverage were oily/greasy, one of the bathroom doors could not be shut close and another didn't have shower curtain in it! The list just goes on! what a waste of money! i would really NOT recommend this "4 star" hotel to anyone! It ruined our family holiday :( next time i'll just book a cheaper budget hotel..at least i'll be getting my money's worth!

Room Tip:Â deluxe rooms are not really "deluxe", they just face the playground/pool area.

This is probably the worst beach resort I have come across in the country. The hotel is very run down and badly maintained. There was a strong musty smell along the walkway and in the room. Everything in the room was old. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were dirty and stank. The hotel staff even keeps a cat in the lobby and 4 cats were seen in the hotel car park. We checked in at 2:30pm and left at 4:30pm. This is really a terrible place! The ad says it is a 4-star luxurious hotel!! The only place that is quite clean is the swimming pool.

Booked 3 rooms and spent 2 night here with the whole family. I don't like to highlight negativity, but this resort is way beyond disappointment. If you want to spend few nights here and hope to enjoy the pools and beach with your family, better find other place.
1. I was told to cancel my booking in the morning the day I was supposed to check-in because there was a pipe leakage. Come on!! After complaining they managed to get us other rooms.
2. We arrived at 14:00 but can only check-in at 15:00. No complain about that. We wanted to book the table tennis paddle to kill the time, but we've waited like 30 minutes and there was no answer and suddenly we were ask to play in the evening. Another 'Come on!!!'
3. This resort open the pools for public if I'm not mistaken on Saturdays and Sundays. I don't mind actually, I understand if they want to make more money but the purpose we came here after 4 hours driving was to enjoy the pools and beach with our family, not in a crowded pool. They should mention loud and clear in their website that the pools are open to public.
4. The room cards were always not functioning, like 3 or 4 times.
The positive is only the staff who brought our bags to our rooms were helpful and polite.
So, if you can find other resort better skip this one.

well, upon ,my checked-in the room air conditioner is not cold and we waited for an hour for changing new room with super cold.
Below are my comments:-
Swimming Pool : Best and Big Pool for children but the hotel operator open for public usage by purchase entrance ticket.
Room : Room Size is Bigger than Vistana Kuantan Standard Room
Food: Limited choice
Beach : Can't access beach during night and my suggestion is to install walkway LED light toward to beach.

Booked a night stay in their Superior Deluxe during Hari Raya with my husband and two boys. 1) Room - We were given the newly refurbished room with a super king size bed which can sleep four comfortably. Btw, what I mean "newly refurbished"here is only the room ya..minus the bathroom. I've forgotten the room number but it's the room which is quite a distance from the reception which we have to walk through a " lorong", climbing the stair case and "lorong" again then turn and walked "lorong" again. Frankly, It really given me and family a very uncomfortable and eerie feeling..(Feeling like....how to describe ya..?? Hmmm...ok...whoever love watching horror movie, just imagine yourself walking through an empty and quiet aisle during night).
2) Beach - Actually the beach is very nice but not maintain properly with a lots of rubbish everywhere.Oh ya! BEWARE of the sand flies. And JELLY FISH too.
3) Swimming Pool - A few types of swimming pools with different depth available and is open to public . There is one with the depth of 9ft near the back door entrance, please be careful especially those with young kids. However, the pools can be consider quite well maintained and there is no lifeguard on duty when we were there.
4) Breakfast so-so only.
