The hotel has a nice riverfront location, with ample spaces for free parking, and great view of the city and the river from the room. There is a drink dispenser at the check-in area serving a free cold drink. Our room is clean, comfortable and quiet. We paid a little extra for the breakfast buffet, and we were very pleased with the variety and quality of food for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is very good value for money.

Go to this hotel for the marvelous view of sungai kuantan.
Family room comfy, no hazards for a 10 month old, thought carpets could get a bit more attentive cleaning.
Good sized bathroom, complete amenities!
Old towels must be changed or undergo thorough cleaning.
Staff were all smiles and always helpful!
Cleanliness must be IMPROVED!!

Good Food, Nice Room, Clean Room, Nice restaurant, very good location. You can go to Pickers for breakfast if you do not have the breakfast voucher. I am having a real issue with my work which requires good and stable WiFi. if you are on a business trip requires remote online meeting, you shall avoid this hotel. Other than that all is good.

This hotel is easily enlisted as one of the worst hotel in Kuantan. I never had a good experience staying in hotels here. The room was stunk with cheap fragrance and I had a difficult time breathing and falling asleep in the room. Close to none existent toiletries.

This is my second stay at this hotel. My first time was in Oct 2018 and I was given a room facing the back car park. This time i was given a studio room which has no window. I was shocked and I dont like it so I went down and ask the staff to upgrade me to a room with a window and I dont mind paying for that. I was pleasantly surprise when the staff give me a room with balcony of the 9th floor which is the highest floor. the room face the river and the bridge. I definitely would love come back and stay at the same room again!

Stayed here for two WEEKDAY nights in June 2020 with my family (1 child).
Checking in and out was a breeze. Didn't subscribe to the breakfast so can't comment. Didn't use the Wifi so can't comment too.
Room was a fair size. View was brilliant as it's facing the Kuantan river. Air conditioning was good (except at nights as it turns off automatically sometimes). Water pressure is excellent. TV and channels were so so. Hotel and rooms are clean. Bed quality was satisfactory and pillows and blanket supplied were adequate. Parking was also plentiful but this was a weekday. Staff and cleaners were very friendly.

Good river view. Place very run down. Hotel lobby looks cool but rooms are old and smelly could be due to the carpets. Air conditioning okay. Front desk customers service friendly. Breakfast quality and varieties can be improved. Put a simple toaster for the bread, at least.

We arrived at the hotel around 3 pm and check in only took 5 mins. Requested for room facing the river and man... get to see the beach behind the small island enclave. It was stunning. The room took us by surprise.. this is 2 * hotel with 3.5* facilities. Room is beautiful, bathroom is cute with rain shower (slightly small but cute nevertheless). Ample parking space and comfy bed. Astro channels included Fox movies :) Breakfast was not so much variety but enuff. For the price that we paid (RM 140.00) we seriously can't ask for more...

We arrived late at 4pm and the hotel was politely to assure that our room was allocated despite our late arrival. We were greeted by an excellent front desk staff named Mr. Voon and he was very helpful, polite and efficient. Although this is not a new hotel but I was impressed with its maintenance... good. We have been allocated a room at top floor (9th) and the room was very comfortable, tidy and most importantly, clean. It has creamy wall color and marble top for all tables. Although bathroom's design was not brand new but it was absolutely clean and comfy. I can't find a single mold in it and it was an excellent job well done.
We asked for a river side view room and at its balcony, it has a breathtaking view. We can view the calm Kuantan river and further with sea shore too. That was a magnificent view and at sunrise, it was beautiful. Before we reached at Kuantan, we went to Bukit Gambang Water Park and surprisingly, it was not crowded in the Hari Raya holidays. When I first went there, we were like stampeding each other. Anyway, the water park was opened just for us....play as much as we like. At Kuantan, well, the famous Zul Satay also closed during the Raya, sad to say that....ended up having an expensive and unexciting Kenny Rogers Roaster dinner...not impressive at all...sad again. The breakfast at the hotel was very normal...in fact below par. However, we had it for 2 adults and 2 kids with 2 breakfast coupon...well, no complain at all.
We booked this room at a promotional price RM110.00 with 2 breakfast. Original price was RM150 with taxes. Well, with this promotional price, it was very worth to stay there and and I guess no doubt it was one of my comfortable stay list.

This is my second stay in this hotel. I still choose this hotel because of its good quality care and affordable. The breakfast is tasty too. Overall stay is very satisfied except the bed itself is little bit hard.
